I knew when I first started writing this series that I wanted to do a modern fantasy book, but I wasn't really sure how to incorporate that. I did skinny jeans, and clothes to show that but I never really got the technology down or really knew how to write that kind of world. I tried to fix that in the second book a bit by adding digital clocks and ovens and modern electricity, but I never considered that if you have electricity and digital clocks and cameras, then you'd probably have computers and cell phones. So I'm so sorry for the mix up with all this, but I've decided that I really wanted to work on my world-building and really show how I envisioned these books. I know it might be a bit confusing because you're used to the previous world, but it really makes logical sense with everything that currently exists in my books. But still, I've worked hard to make this adjustment as smoothly as I can.
