Christian Alexander's P.O.V.

Is it just me or mom got more persistent about me getting married. "Mom please hindi ako nagpunta dito para dyan" madiin kong saad.

I don't even know the purpose of this family gathering...well except if nicolas fess up this love thing about a certain doctor. Ofcourse i know. He's still my brother and i oath to know kung sinong nagugustuhan nya at kung tama ba cause if not im not scared to put my foot forward on  this.

"Cassandra enough kaya mag desisyon ni christian para sa sarili niya" pag sabad ni papa na ikinangiti ko. Dad never push anything on me specially if its something as personal as marriage and im thankful for him for that.

Agad siyang binalingan ni mom ng usang matalim na tingin "naririnig mo ba sarili mo Chandler? Hindi na bumabata ang anak mo! Just look at him he grew cold and indifferent just like you!" tumataas ang boses na reklamo ni mom which caused me to sigh.

Every damn time na magkikita kami ganito lagi.

I love my mom, i really do but sometimes she's just too much "no he is not . pwede ba cassandra my son is fine as he is" malamig na may himig na inis na saad ni dad.

Another thing we grew up to in this family, dad was always a bit cold to mom but not to us. Parang may mali minsan but we chose to ignore it knowing how dad is at siguro dahil na din nasanay na kami.

Napailing nalang din ang mga kapatid ko.

"O mom, dad chill lang nandito tayo dahil kay nico mom hindi dahil kay christian" pag sabad ni vlad na pinapagaan ang tension.

I remain silent as all eyes goes to nico who smile tiredly...now that i look at him mukhang hindi maganda balita niya "Mom. Dad i'm gay" isang bagsakan niyang bigkas which didn't surprise me or vlad or even logan.

I gave him an amuse smirk while logan and vlad grin giving him a thumbs up. Dad nodded with an understanding look.

"It's fine son" basag ni dad sa katahimikan which i was relieve at, dad's approval always matter for nico kaya alam kong nagalala din siya sa magiging reaksyon ni dad more than mom.

Tinapik siya ni logan sa balikat " no problem at all here but why so sudden? Don't tell me you're in love?"
may pangaasar na tanong pa niya which cause me and vlad to exchange knowing look while nico's ears turns red.

"NO WAY! YOU ARE, ARE YOU?!" Bulalas ni logan na may malaking ngiti. "Dang! naunahan mo pa si christian" natatawa niyang dugtong.

I glare at him. Aba gago dinamay pa ko "shut up logan" i grumble under my breath annoyed.

Dad chuckle amusely at us "totoo ba anak? Well where is he? When are we gonna meet the lucky man" he asked eyes twinkling in delight.

He must be excited to have granchildren soon matagal nya nang gusto kahit hindi niya man sabihin samin although dad is still young at the age of 53 and a few white strands here and there alam ko namang gusyo nya ng may maalagaan. Hindi naman lingid sa kaalaman namin na dad loves kids.

Bata pa si dad when he and mom have us as far as i know he 25 was  at that time while mom is 27 oddly weird but dad told us na arriange marriage daw.

A loveless marriage if you ask me and now mom wants that for me which i will surely refuse. I won't let myself stay in a marriage that i'll regret.
