Sage

I wake up lying next to Zavier, I can't believe that happened last night, I don't even remember

if we used protection, which is I'm glad I took birth control I went into the

bathroom to do my daily morning basics. When  I go into the kitchen and make breakfast today is his cheat day, so I make him banana pancakes with turkey sausage links and some orange juice. put it on the table for him I go in to check on him and him so peaceful I gently shake him awake.

"Zavier wake up. Zavier?" He stirs awake and opens his eyes slowly "I made us breakfast come to eat." "OK give me a second," he said as he got up out of bed.

After we were done eating breakfast I went into the other room and called Cassandra. I told her how I told Zavier that Isaiah is his.

Cassandra (phone conversation)

"YOU DID WHAT! WHAT GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO TELL HIM!?" I asked angrily

"I THOUGHT HE DESERVED TO KNOW!" she replied I mean that is his son, so he needed to know.

"I know it wasn't my place to say anything but, I figured that if we were going to be working together again, we needed start fresh. no lies, & no games." She replied. "So, you thought it was right to tell him something that had nothing to with you in the first place?" I asked.

"yeah just like how you found it funny to start a rumor in college about me sleeping with my college professor, so I could get that internship in France that summer," she replied the line went silent, but I could still hear her breathing, "do you feel better now? " I asked.

"No, not really but I feel like we can move past this and you can thank me for something you should have done years ago." she replied "Well how did he take it was he mad?" "does he want to meet him?"

"You can ask him yourself were coming for dinner tonight so get your family ready," she said as she hung up. I was pissed who does she think she is telling this kind of news and then ambushing my family. She hasn't changed at all she still feels like she must control everything.

Michelle and Jayden ( therapy session)

"It's nice to see you again Jayden, have you been taking your medications that prescribed?" I

asked.  "yeah, I took them, and I am sleeping better at night, but I feel like it takes the life out of me and it seems like I'm a different person. "he replied.

As I wrote down his thoughts, I asked him he was experiencing any blackouts or nausea these were the common side effects of the medications given. "No, physically I feel fine, but I don't feel OK mentally "he replied. "How do you feel mentally? Can you elaborate?"

"There are times when I and sage are having a good time on a date and I would zone out and daydream about when I was with my family would hang out and watch movies and have family dinners."" Why do you think you that?" I asked as I wrote it down in my notebook.

"I don't know" he answered.

"Do you think that maybe that you shouldn't be there like maybe you don't deserve her love?"

I asked. "Yes and no I love sage and I want to marry her, but I feel like she has her doubts about our relationship."  replied."Did she ever say anything to make you think this way?" she asked. "No sage is the type of person that is always putting everyone's needs before hers," he replied.

"So, you think that she chose you because it was convenient for her?" I asked.

"Maybe. I answered."

"I'm going to give you some homework to complete for our next session, I want you to think a

about all the times that you've felt like you were having fun and if you were really enjoying

yourself or out at a show, then I want you to write down, why you believe that was your

happiest time."

Jayden

It's been two weeks since I have last seen My therapist, I had been going to her on and off for three years. I stopped going to her when I moved to Atlanta. I was in the process of looking for a new apartment that was close to my job as a stockbroker. I did well for myself after I left for college and I got my MBA in Business management.

I started donating money to help unprivileged kids in one local dance school in the neighborhood. I called Sage last night, I was thinking about her, I miss her so much. I made the biggest mistake when I stopped taking pills for a week and I became a completely different person, my therapist said I would call myself Josiah and he would be grouchy and rude.

Whenever that would happen, I wouldn't remember what I did in that state. Sage saw the side of me that I was trying so hard to hide, I reached out to her, so I could clear the air. She hung up on me before I could tell her I'm sorry, but I will see her soon.
