Teams Specifications

READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY.
THERE WILL SOMETHING IN THE FORM PASSWORD EMBEDDED IN THIS CATEGORY THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO USE FOR APPLYING IN YOUR FORMS.

Here are the general teams that you can join and their job specifications (what you will be doing)

One team is open to maximum of 5 people, and we will approach you to hire you for other roles if the slots are filled/too many people saturate a team. 

You cannot apply for more than two divisions.

Server Management Division: manages the server together with mods and admins -- suggestions, roles, channels, sorting, etc.

Network Management Division: manages our Twitter, Tumblr, Wacky Writers, Scribblehub, Instagram, and websites

Graphic/Art Designer Division: design covers, banners and other multimedia for all platforms

Poet Literary Division
and
General Literary Division: in charge of vetting for Association's Choice list, Writer spotlights, association stars and choosing contest winners. The poetry Division will SPECIFICALLY judge poetry due to its difference in rubrics, while the General Division will judge ALL genres(and applications have separate requirements)

Scouting Division: to scout for new writers, Alternative Storytelling books and literary fiction books on Wattpad and/or Scribblehub  and add to reading lists

Programs Management Division: to manage the BPA events on Discord and Wattpad

Promotion Division: come up with content to promote online and pass it to the graphic team, who will then pass it to the network team.
