i am tired of

waiting

i am tired of

this endless

dull

river of time

i am tired of

wanting

things that i

cannot obtain

because i

have to wait

again

and again

and i am

frustrated

i am

frustrated

that time

cannot go any

faster

i am

frustrated

that life cannot

move forward

time waits

for no man

time speeds

for no man

too

i want it to be

friday

i want this to be

over

i want to

step outside

and feel the fresh

air

kiss my face

even though it's

not so fresh

since it's all

wrong now

polluted

destroyed

killing us with

every breath

and we are

helpless

so what is there

to do

but wait

for the apocalypse

for our

eventual downfall

for whatever is

waiting for us

when the river

of time

turns into a

waterfall

and that waterfall

if we survive it

leads to the ocean

and in the ocean

maybe there is a

sea monster

waiting to

swallow our world

whole

but we don't know

until the river slopes

downwards

and we plummet

and the only

way

to get there

is to wait

i am tired of

waiting

but waiting is

inevitable

and if i did not

have the time to

wait

maybe i would be

tired

of going

so
