❝It wasn't lethal when you touched me,
It was lethal when I tasted your touch.
God forbid, it tasted like a blind's...
My cheek that stares at the rosy morning cracked open, dried up scars bid adieu. That side spells hideous, and masks my spoilt soul So my pillow only kissed the other side, which grew cold.
The calm before storm, cried in pleasure and moans Ripping open the dreams and denials of millions Homeless and reckless, the rats in the tummy are lonely but my actions are more twisted than my words, I kick them in the throat.
I can’t help it, can I? My love is more intricate than the silky spider webs I trap and I devour, I relish and you perish You chose to stick with the sandalwood, Now watch it burn you, ashes leaving a blooming scent.
Your rose blush stole him from me The emerald eyes couldn’t bear to see So, when you plucked the roses from Eden Instead of the petals, I pressed the thorns against your cheek.
(permanence is better than transience)
Quill dipped in ink, I ponder over my next prey The angelic voice I hone, I pester you to stay I take your hand, serenade you with slow dances It’s when my quill pierces your paper skin, the fur flutters and wails.
The masquerade has arrived, the frills and trills have thrived The mask hides the tarnished visage behind the glittery charm The songs and hymns pray for protection, I vouch for harm.
My cold feet hit the marble staircase Descending, the heads turn, I breathe the breaths I stole The clouds above my head cover in the blackening list Once my eyes turned sapphire, it’s where I strike with my will.
He said he stayed for my sapphire eyes, I pondered Pain is my greatest pleasure, my eyes would turn emerald When I see the sun hanging on faces
So, he left, and I pick up my broken pieces, I
eviscerated my eyes, he’ll look at the abyss when he dies.
