"think fast!" renjun screams while throwing a wet towel at my face, i slowly turn around and glare at him as he chuckles nervously

"well i told you to think fast." i throw it back at him as he continues to laugh, today it's our turn to do the dishes, normally i don't mind doing them, it's just when i'm stuck with renjun they take for ever. he's such a goddamn pain

jaemin and jeno make their way to the front door all dressed up in suits, me and renjun look at each other with a confused expression "where u guys going?"

"we are going out." jaemin responds while grabbing his car keys

"without us!" renjun whines while dropping everything he was holding to the ground "are you being serious right now!"

"you guys are busy!"

"no where not!" me and renjun yell at the same time

jeno looks at the both of us and let's out a sigh "hurry up and get changed." me and renjun do a high-five while running to our bedrooms

"what do i wear? where are we going?" i ask before entering my room

"just wear something nice, you'll see when we get there." i nod my head in response and shut the door

me and renjun both leave our rooms ready to go out "i wonder where we are going." renjun whispers while shooting his eyebrows up

we all get in the car and i'm placed with renjun at the back, just my luck. the whole journey he's fidgeting and asking how long we have left till we get there, just like a little kid

"renjun stop talking i beg you." i groan while hitting my head against the window

"okay we are here!" jaemin shouts enthusiastically while clapping his hands, he looks back at us and pulls a concerned face at my worn out state. he turns to renjun who seems to be in his own little world  "renjun how much did you bother him?"

"i don't know, probably a lot." he says with a cheerful smile

we get out the car and i slightly gasp while looking at the building we are about to enter, it's beautiful "are you gunna tell us why we are here then?"

"don't embarrass yourself in front of my family." jaemin smiles while patting our shoulders, he makes his way inside with building with jeno, leaving both me and renjun in shock

jaemin's family is one of the most important family's in korea, they are also pretty scary. no ones ever tried to challenge them, they are capable of anything. jaemin has never introduced us to his family before because he's not wanted us to get involved, the only person who's met them is jeno. his family weren't happy when they found out jaemin wanted to be an idol, they had hoped he would become the boss of whatever the fuck their business is

i gulp and look at renjun, indicating we should head inside. the building is full of people dressed up all fancy and it's filled with a strong alcohol smell "we should probably not drink today, it's not worth it." i mutter to renjun as he nods in agreement
