Chapters Twenty seven

Y/n's pov

After his sister telling me about his past stories and childhood ones she left the room leaving me with him in the room once I convinced her I will stay with him till he gets better

I'm not leaving his side ever again I made a promise to myself

I sighed and ran my fingers through his soft brown hair massaging his scalp gently and my other hand still on the top of his...

" please wake up " I softly said to him his eyes were still shut closed

I leaned in and placed a kiss on his forehead his skin feels bit colder comparing to mine

Just then I fall asleep watching him inhaling and exhaling

Mintues later or hour I woke up by a deep groan from someone beside me
I quickly opened my eyes and saw jacob moving

" oh my god jacob!" I almost screamed with happiness he's finally awake

He opened his eyes slowly and locked with mine taking my breath away with his eye contact

" y/n.." my name came out from his sweet mouth like a whisper I almost didn't catch what he said

He started to sit up but I placed on his hard yet soft chest pushing him back on his bad

" no no lay down back jacob" I told him he looked at me once again but listened to me and layed back on his bed

" let me tell the doctor you are awake " I said before sitting up but he stopped me by his hand

" not right now please " he pleaded so I sat back in my chair his hand still in my hand

He closed his eyes giving my hand a little squeeze

" how are you feeling? " I asked him

" like a truck ran over my body " he chuckled lightly

He opened his eyes and glance at my way

" what about you?...are you alright my love ?" He asked genuinely concerned look on his face

I smiled at him and nodded

" I'm fine now you are awake " I told him

He smiled at me and closed his eyes again

" what happened.." he asked almost like a whisper

" you got shot " my eyes begin to fill with tears remembering everything that happened two days ago how his body was cold and numb it felt like he was truly gone from this world

" oh...that's nothing bad" he said starring at the ceiling

I looked at him like he grown two heads

" what?! " I almost yelled at him..

He moved his eyes on me

" how can you say its nothing ?! You were bleeding to dead ! Your whole body was covered in cuts and blood how its nothing?! I saw with my eyes the horrible scene my whole body went numb i couldn't think straight..I thought I lo-st yo-u..." I wiped the tear that fell from my eyes

" I'm alive aren't am I? He said as he grabbed my hand which I was using to whip my tears off and held in his hand my both of hands were in his soft ones

He bring my hand to his lips gently kissing the top of my both hands one by one

" don't worry about me I'm alright " he said his eyes looking straight in mine

More tears spilled from my eyes I couldn't control more so I threw my arms around him making sure I didn't put my touch on any of his injuries

His strong arms wrapped around me pulling me closer to him as much it possibly can

We both held eachother for longer than we thought we would I cried in his chest as he rubbed my back up and down letting me cry on him

" don't every do this to me again I couldn't watch you like that " I cried

" I promise I won't " he placed a kiss on my head

" but " he pulled my face up with his both hands on my cheeks so he can get better look of my face

" if I have do anything to save you again then I will take one more bullet for you " he said looking deeply into my eyes

" I.. won't be able to live without you " I said

" and I won't be able to live if something happens to you because of me " he caressed my cheek with his thumb

We just sat there staring at each other before him pulling me into him by my neck to meet his lips with mine..

I melted against him as I felt his lips on mine they were still soft and warm giving my stomach millions of butterflies he kissed me slowly and passionately like if we are kissing after years of being apart from each others

His fingers ran through my hair as he kissed me with more passion this time his other hand on my back moving up and down

" I love you " he said once we pulled away from a kiss keeping his head with mine

I thought I heard him wrong so I asked him again what he said and he told me the same words he said earlier "I love you"

" I know we haven't been together for long but I truly do love you y/n"

I looked into his eyes to find if he's lying to me but no I saw nothing other than love in his hazel eyes ..the eyes every girl will fall for it then I kissed him with my all might

He loves me I felt so happy for the first time in my life I didn't think being with him can bring a huge smile on my face

" I love you so much " I told him between the kiss he smiled and kissed me with so much love

He pulled away breathing heavily from our loving kiss

He chuckled

" just wait babe till I get better I will show you how much i love you " he smirked

I slapped his arm playfully I'm sure I look like a tomato right now thanks to him

" when I say you are mine now it means you are mine forever no escaping from me " he said as he kissed me once again
