In the early 2100's, mankind went through an era of stagnation and destruction. The civilisation that had been built upon the earthen plain had crumbled as a result of a great disrupt referred to as the Final World War.

The axis powers each declared war on each other, wanting to dominate the planet with their own advanced technological weaponry known as Arc Nets, the next step in military conflict.

Powered by a new source of power discovered when an asteroid fell to Earth, Arcanium powered the Arc Net system and created a new age of war and combat.

Giant mechanical warriors piloted by human beings littered the ground and sky as humankind fell into an everlasting oblivion of war. Countries were devastated. The population thinned. The planet was burning.

The war came to a halt when two powerful Arcanium bursts annihilated Africa and Oceania during two fierce battles to control each continent. The world was slowly dying, so in an effort to save humanity from total extinction, the Avalon program was created.

Large space cruisers powered by Arcanium were sent to the stars to create a new civilisation in humanity's next frontier, space. Avalon was the name given to the first, and most prosperous colony. It was a joint effort between North America and Europe and the colony was built out in the neighbouring galaxy, Andromeda.

When Avalon was finished, one hundred years later, more colonies were built across both solar systems, but the original remained the largest. Half the size of planet earth, with it's own mini sun created by Arcanium powering the colony, Avalon is made up of two halves, one for the Swords (remaining royal families, descendants of military leaders and the rich) and for the Shields (middle-class, poor, galactic refugees).

In order to sustain this new era, the Shields live mostly in slums and no matter gender or race, once at the age of sixteen, they are required to serve in in the military run by humanity's new regime the UEHR (Unified Empire of Humanity's Rebirth) led by Sovereign Archanus Bradley, the Elected King.

Despite hope running free in this new era, all is not well. Avalon is the most prosperous of colonies, but the last vestiges of humanity were split and more reside in the far reaches of the Andromeda system and the Milky Way, areas not controlled by the UEHR.

Another war is being raged between the UEHR and the New World Foundation, a collection of powerful colonies controlled by the remains of South America, Asia, and any defectors from Avalon.

The Arc Nets have become even more plentiful and space has become the next base for this never-ending conflict.

In this age of war, where the rich and powerful control everything, order must rise again to reform a broken system and restore humanity to a better age. The age of war ended, now begins a new age, the age of revolution.
