*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*

y/n: "would ya just stop already?!?!"

I rolled out of bed walking over to my alarm clock, ripping the plug out of the wall. if you couldn't tell I'm NOT a morning person. But this morning it was the first day of summer. Now, of course, I can finally sleep in since schools out but in fact, I got up even earlier. It's 5:15 am  in the morning right now. I wanted to get up early to start the summer off right! I wanted to go see the sunrise.

I roughly fix my bed not making it perfect but it's better than nothing. I head into my bathroom to brush my teeth, fix my hair, and apply some makeup. I wanted to go see the sunrise at the pier because It looks so beautiful with the fiery sky reflecting on the water. I decided to change into a pair of white denim shorts with a pink blush crop top. once I finished making myself look decent enough for the day I grabbed my phone along with my AirPods and walked towards my garage. in my garage is where I kept my longboard. I know how to skateboard and longboard, I picked my longboard since it was more of a cruise down to the pier.

I check the time on my phone 5:45 am

"I'm not missing this sunrise," I say to myself. I step outside placing my longboard on the ground, stepping on whilst pushing off. I put in my AirPods playing LMK by Xxel the beat felt so fitting.

This feels so relaxing as I'm cruising down the road, seeing the sun just peeking through the clouds. It was already a pretty view but at the pier it's so stunning it'll leave you speechless.

I start leaning right to make a turn down the road as I hear a faint voice "YO WATCH OUT" (heard it like a mumble since my music was turned up pretty high). I take out my AirPods as I now hear "MOVE!" I turn my head away from the sky to see a person in a black hoodie... COMING RIGHT AT ME!?!? I tried turning left but was going so fast, I attempted to go beside him but he did that too at the same time 🤦‍♀️, I jumped off my board which ran into his causing the boy to fall. Right. On. Top. Of. Me.
I land on the hard road on my back as the boy lands on top of me with a thud.

???: "shi man" he groans rolling to be beside me

Y/n: "damn everything hurtss" I whine, my back hurt badly with the sudden impact

???: "are you ok?" He asked rubbing his head now sitting up

Y/n: "my back hurts otherwise I'm fine" I sit up Turing to the boy to get a good look of him.

???: "you sure? That was a pretty bad wipeout"
He says looking at me

I was sitting right in-front of a curly haired boy, his curls were so big making his light brown hair look so fluffy. He had a nose ring along with such perfectly shaped pink lips. His hood was on his head halfway I'd say but he was wearing sunglasses so I couldn't see his eyes.
