"Delilah wake up!" Daniel said as he's shaking my arm. "Delilah!" he slapped me. "Hey! i was sleeping." Laying my head back down in the window. "Well you're staying in the car then." Daniel said while getting out the car. "What do you mean staying in the car? were here!" I said while rushing out the car and excitedly getting my things.
"I tried telling you that like 10 minutes ago!" Daniel said while struggling to take his bike of the chain."Did I tell you there was a pool here?!" mom said opening the gate to the apartments. "For the 100th time mom" Daniel says annoyed "Well this is my 101 time telling you" I gave out a little chuckle. It makes me giggle seeing how excited she is about moving here. Hopefully this place is as great as she says it is.
Me and Daniel got everything from the car. We were going to go the apartment when Daniel kicked the gate and hit someone. " Great gob Daniel we've been here for like 20 minutes and you already kicked someone in the face" I huff. "I'm sorry" he said while helping the poor guy up."No worries, I'm Freddy Fernandez" He laughs while extending out his arm for us to shake.
"Daniel LaRusso" he said shaking Freddy's hand "Delilah LaRusso" I say shaking his hand. "Ahh siblings" I gave him a smile in response and walked away, leaving Daniel and Freddy still talking.
I looked around and saw the pool. The almost empty pool with green water. I went into the apartment to see my mom fixing everything up. "Pools great ma" I said sarcastically. "Oh don't even Mention that" She said with a laugh at the end."Delilah we got invited to the beach tomorrow!" he said screaming from outside."Who said I wanted to go?" I said screaming at him. "I did" he said coming into the apartment.
Daniel turned on the sink and the water sprayed him in the face. I laughed. "Oh yeah can you go find the maintenance guy to fix that." me and Daniel left. We told the lady that was in front and she just made us confused but we found him. Daniel knocked in the door "Hello" he said while standing behind the door. "Uhh can you fix our sink" I said "Ai" he said "Great when can you fix it?" Daniel said.
"After." he said while trying to catch a fly with chop sticks. "After what?" I said confused "After after." me and Daniel looked at each other and shrugged our shoulders."Well ok" Daniel said "At least you're going to fix it" we walked out of the room and went back to the apartment. Our mom was waiting with pizza she ordered. After dinner we all went to bed. Me nervous for the beach, and Daniel excited for the beach.
