King and the others were in front of Diane who no longer recognized them
Diane: Who are you?
King: Come on Diane, don't give me a heart attack! It's me, King!

Meliodas: Diane? Are you half-asleep?
Diane: Meliodas!

Diane saw that Meliodas touched Elisabeth's chest and she got angry
Diane: Hey ! Who are you!?
After that, Meliodas, Elizabeth and Hawk went to see Merlin who had a projection of her normal appearance.
