EMILYS POV

Well it's offical i am now 23 and i am so tired after last night

After the boys sang to me we continued to drink and party and well i have a hangover 

Suprisingly i didn't see Michael all night, oh well

I am woken up the shrill sound of my phone ringing with this really annoying sound (A/N: SOUND ON THE SIDE>>>>>)

I knew who it was straight away so i quickly pick it up

......: What's up?

Emily: Jc you bloody idiot what are you ringing me at this time in the morning for?

Jc: Well i haven't see my little munchkin in ages and i wondered how she was doing?

Emily: I'm on holiday in Ibiza

Jc: No fucking way

Emily: Yes way, i miss california though

Jc: Bitch you better come back to us soon we all miss you

Emily: I will

Jc: Even Wishbone does

Emily: Awwww

Jc: You got time to facetime me?

Emily: Sure i have no one is up yet so sure

Jc: Ok brb

Jc then puts the phone down

I forgot to tell you i met Jc when i met Tyler it's all thanks to Ellie really she knew them before me and i make the odd youtube video

A facetime request pops up on my phone, i press accept and Jc's face pops up on the screen and he just happens to be shirtless and pulling a funny face with Wishbone beside him (A/N: PICUTRE OF WHAT JC LOOKS LIKE WITH WISHBONE ON THE SIDE >>>>>)

Emily: why do you always pull a funny face when you are on facetime to me?

Jc: because i feel like it

Emily: Gosh i'm friends with an idiot

Jc: i thought that was Louis?

Emily: Shhhh he might hear you *Laughs*

Jc: So what are you doing today?

Emily: Not really sure i think we are just going down to the pool

Jc: Ahhh cool, i do miss you Emily

Emily: I miss you to Jc, i need to come home soon

Jc: Then you won't have to see this *Motions up and down his body* over face time

Emily: Jc....*sighs*

Jc: it could work again, Emily i didn't want to end it that last time, but Niall was getting in the way and i didn't want to see you hurt again

Emily: Jc you know i still like you but Niall could still get in the way and i need to sort my divorce out with Michael

Jc: I know i heard about that on twitter, but i wouldn't treat you like that

Emily: I know you wouldn't but i don't want us to split up and it be awkward because we all know when people split up it means it is awkward but that means they still like the person

Jc: Please Emily, we split up before and it's not awkward now is it?

Emily: no i guess not

Jc: plus i am sure Wishbone would like another parent

Emily: you do make me laugh Jc *Laughs*

Jc: Think about it yeah?

Emily: ok i will think about it and tell you when i get back

Jc: are you coming back to california?

Emily: i want to it's just if i can really

Jc: what do you mean?

Emily: well if i get caught up with Niall then i will have to stay in the uk for a bit but other than that i want to come back to the USA

Jc: well you better come back here so you can give me that answer

Emily: of course i will Jc

Jc: right you better get up and get dressed won't want people wondering where you are now would we

Emily: no we wouldn't goodbye Mr Caylen

Jc: Goodbye Miss Walker

With that the facetime session is cut off

I am glad Jc called me Walker and not Clifford makes me feel a bit sick thinking about what Michael did

Your probably wondering what the hell was going on, well me and Jc got together while i was living in America but then Michael came into everything and i was confused so Jc ended it to make it easy but he never did

I just wonder what i should do?

Should i said yes or no to Jc?

NIALLS POV

I heard every word on that facetime call she had with that Jc kid

What the hell is she playing at?

I go to Nicole and Zayn's room and i knock on the door

Nicole opens the door

"Come in" she says

"Thanks" i say as i walk in the door

"What's wrong?" Zayn asked

"i heard Emily on facetime to this Jc kid and i heard him practically ask her out and she was like 'i don't know' what should i do?" i ask

"Ohhhh i know Jc, he is one cheeky little so and so" Nicole laughes

"So anyway what should i do?" i ask

"Just let it play out mate" Zayn said cooly

"How can i?" i ask

"Well we don't know if Emily likes Jc yet so hwta is the point of doing anything if we don't know the facts yet" Zayn said 

"True" i said sighing

"So stop worring mate, now please leave so we can get ready" Zayn said

I nodded and go off there bed and leave the room

Everything is still playing on my mind

What if i never get her back?
