Chapter 22

NIALLS POV

-NIALLS POV-

"Hanna, you know i auditioned to go on X-Factor?" i say

"Yeah?" she says

"Well i got accepted to go on tv, i'm going to be audtioning infront of the celebrity judges" i say nervous of her reaction

"OH MY GOD NIALL THIS IS AMAZING!" she squeals

"Hanna, please calm down, i need to talk to you about something" i say sighing

"Hold up, why are you not squealing and jumping with me? What's wrong Niall?" Hanna asks

"Look, i love you so much but i don't think i can do this long distance, i mean i struggle when you go over to America to see your family let alone if i go away and i leave you for ages" i say

"What are you saying Niall?" she asks with tears in her eyes

I knew this was going to be hard

"I think we need to break up, i love you so much but i can't be apart from you, it will hurt me to much and i am sure it will hurt you to, please don't be mad" i say

"I love you so much Niall but i don't want to keep you from your dreams" Hanna sighs

"Can we still be friends?" i ask hopefully

"Of course as long as you mention me when you become rich and famous" she laughs before pulling me into a hug

"I love you Hanna" i mumble into her shoulder

"I love you to Niall" she mumbles back

I wake up with a start and i let my eyes adjust to the light, i look around and see the boys are spread all around and i see Emily is laying with her hand interwinded with her Nana's and her head was resting on the bed

I get up and stretch my legs, i quietly sneak out of the room

I walk down the hall way and to the cafe to get breakfast

"Hey Niall" i hear a voice say, i turn around to see Hanna

"Hey" i mumble

"How are you?" she asks

"Tired but i'm fine what about you" i say

"Good thanks" she says

"Why is this so awkward?" i ask

"I don't know to be honest" she sighs

I grab some food and i quickly pay for it

"Niall, do you hate me?" a voice asks

"Hanna i don't hate you, why would you think that?" i ask

"Well you never came back to see me or talk to me after you left" she said looking down

"Hanna i felt it would be a bit awkward like it is now, i'm sorry plus i got married and then divorced and it was all getting on top of me" i said running a hand threw my hair

"Who did you marry?" she asks as we sit down at a table

"I married Emily and then i was stupid to let her go and we got divorced" i said before taking a bite out of my sandwich

"I never thought you would marry her, you two look like such good friends" Hanna says

"We are and i want her back but she doesn't know that" i say as i finish my food

"Why don't you tell her?" Hanna asks

"Because i don't think she is ready to know yet" i said getting out of my chair

"Don't keep a girl waiting Niall she might find someone else" she said before walking away

Hanna's right I shouldn't keep her waiting.....

EMILYS NANAS POV (You didn't expect that did you)

I wake up to see everyone spread out around the room

Suddenly the door opens and i shut my eyes and pretend to be asleep

"Emily i brought you some breakfast" i hear the voice say and it was an Irish accent

I open one eye to see Niall stood next to me

Emily grogily wakes up

Oh god

I open both of my eyes and Niall still doesn't see that i am awake

Suddenly the door swings open and i quickly shut both of my eyes "Come on Jan time to wake up"

I slowly and fakely open my eyes

"What time is it?" i ask

"About 9am" Doctor Hanna says

"Oh ok" i say sitting up full and rubbing my eyes

I see Niall is going around and waking all the boys up and Nicole

I see Emily isn't in the room anymore and niether Amy

All the boys and Nicole finally wake up and they mumble a morning and then walk out of the room

I see Niall is left

"Niall can i have a word with you?" i ask

"Sure" his strong Irish accent says

"I know what happened between you and Emily" i say

"How do you know? " he asks a bit confused

"She tells me everything" i say

"She still loves you, you know?" i say

"Really?" he asks

"Yes really and i know you like her to just don't make her wait to long because someone could come and snap her up, she isn't stupid enought to go back to Michael but Jc is in the picture" I say

"I know but I don't know how to tell her, I can't just spring it upon her" Niall says

"Well you need to work that out on your own" i say

"Thanks Janet" he says pulling me into a hug

"You're welcome, when you see Zayn can you send him in here please?" I ask

"Sure" he says before getting up and walking away

Not long after Niall has left I hear a knock and I see Zayn pop his head around the door

"You said you wanted to see me" he says walking in and closing the door

"Yes, I hear you and Nicole are together, she is a very nice girl and I don't want to see her getting hurt" I say

"I promise you I won't hurt her" he says

"Good this is why your my favourite" I smile

"Thanks" he says before walking out of the room

And my mission is complete

NIALLS POV

As soon as I've finished talking to Janet I go in search of Emily

I find her sat alone in the cafe, I go and sit on her table

"Hey" I say

"Hey" she mumbles

"Are you ok?" I ask

"I'm just tired" Emily says

"Oh ok, can I tell you something that might shocked you" I say

"I love-" I'm cut off by a voice

"Hi Emily is this seat taken?" I look up to see Jc

I feel myself fill with anger and rage....
