The next day, you were in your producer room, working on new music for whatever group you think fits best.

Venom: That bass is lower than Felix's voice.

You roll your eyes, adjusting the bass into the higher key.

Venom: Much better.

You: You know, your opinions have been annoying me lately.

Venom: Good.

You roll your eyes as you went back to producing until...

Knock... Knock...

Jeongyeon: Daepyonim, are you busy at the moment?

You: Unnie, I didn't say you could come in.

Jeongyeon: Oh, let me try again.

You watch as Jeongyeon closing the door, knocking again.

You: Come in.

Jeongyeon opens the door.

Jeongyeon: Sorry.

You: That's alright, unnie. How are you doing?

Jeongyeon: I'm doing fine, Daepyonim. Why did you ask?

You: Well, it's been three months since you recovered from your anxiety. I just hope you and the girls aren't overworking yourselves.

Jeongyeon: Don't worry, we're not. Besides, since you're the CEO, we've been giving a long break from our last comeback.

You nod your head.

You: So, you asked me if I was busy?

Jeongyeon: Yes. I was about to hang out on the rooftop, but I was wondering if you would like to join me.

You: Oh, I would love to.

Jeongyeon smiles.

Jeongyeon: Okay, cool!

You: Give me about five minutes to clean up here, and I'll meet up with you.

Jeongyeon: Alright.

You watch as she exits the producer room while you start cleaning up.

At the rooftop...

Jeongyeon was leaning against the railing, checking the time on her watch.

Jeongyeon: (What if Y/N is already dating one of the members? Maybe I'm not good enough for her.)

She was about to turn to leave until you arrived.

You: Sorry if I took so long. I got stopped by Stray Kids on my way here.

Jeongyeon: Oh, I was scared that you wouldn't make it.

You gesture her to sit with you at the table, but you noticed something odd.

You: Unnie, are you okay?

Jeongyeon: Huh? Oh, I'm fine.

You: Is something bothering you? You know you can tell me anything.

You grab both of Jeongyeon's hands, causing her to look up.

Jeongyeon: R-Really?

You: Yes. If you're dating someone, you can tell me.

Jeongyeon: Well... I am.

For some reason, you feel a bit sad inside.

You: O-Oh, who is it?

All of a sudden, Jeongyeon gets a hold of your blazer, pulling you towards her, kissing you. You pull away with a confused look.

You: Eh?

Jeongyeon giggles.

Jeongyeon: It's you, silly.

She scratches the back of her neck.

Jeongyeon: I've... been crushing on you for a long time, and I was scared you wouldn't feel the same.

You give her a quick peck on the lips.

You: Don't worry, unnie, I feel the same way about you.

Just like that, you and Jeongyeon hold each other's hand, looking off into the distance.
