"And there appeared a great wonder in Heaven. A woman clothed in the Sun. And the moon under her feet. And upon her head, a crown of 12 stars." Pastor Morton spoke with a booming voice throughout the auditorium.

His eyes were wrinkly as if they were plastic bags crumbled up and put onto his epidermis.

"And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to deliver. And there appeared another wonder in Heaven, and behold, a great red dragon having seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns upon his head." Morton threw his hands up to scare the spectators in the room.

Morton was a normal weight man and he was wearing a white dress shirt. He had some slacks and suspenders attached to the slacks.

The sanctuary was a small room. About 50 pews were there. The rooms were built by the late Reverend Richard Feldman.

Morton continued:

"And his tail drew the third part of the stars of Heaven. And did cast them to the Earth and the dragon stood before the woman who pained to deliver her child to be devoured as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron and her child was caught up onto God and to his throne. And the woman fled into the wilderness where she hath a place prepared for God that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days." Morton said.

He finished the rest of Revelations 12 and then dismissed the service. Church was over.

Morton stood outside the church, and shook hands with all the deacons of the church.

Ms. Black walked towards him. She was a widow. Her husband Thomas died from an oil field accident.

"Ah, hello Irene." Morton spoke.

"Good message, Morton. You are just as good as...oh well...you know...Feldman. Ahh he was a great man." Ms. Black said. Wiping a tear from her eye.

"Well I try to do the best I can." Morton said. He smiled.

"Well I have to go, I have a friend waiting." Ms. Black said and she walked down the stairs.

"Goodbye." Morton said. He smiled but underneath his smile he mumbled the word 'Whore'.

But he wouldn't say it since he was a reverend of God. But soon, everything was going to change.
