Salem is a town of witches. There is a little broom shop just down the street that I visit occasionally to get my broom tended to. There's a cozy corner in the back of the shop where they have tea to sip on and gossip to enjoy.
The shop is full of positive energy, renewed each September before the spirits come knocking. It is one of the few safe places during the worst of the spiritual surges.
The broom over the door has a calming effect as I sip my tea and await my broom. The rumors this time are juicy.
