Chapter 16

Y/N's POV

" You know X-Pile?'' I heard Vanderwood asked behind me

" Yeah, the small intelligence company who suddenly disappeared. Why did you ask ?'' I asked him

"Do you know why they suddenly disappeared?''

" Don't know , Don't care''

" They disappeared because they didn't meet the clients deadline'' Vanderwood exclaimed

" And?'' Why would he mention that? LOL

" The whole company was turned into smoke because they were one minute late and the hackers from there are still missing. The clients are being generous right now. You get it? Both of your mission is too dangerous.''

" I want to quit this fucking job to be honest with you'' i said looking at him for awhile

" Don't be ridiculous this is the only agency that will hide your identity and you know the d--''

" mamabatamamitabul''

" Hey, are you listening?'' He asked yelling behind me

" Hashimbayarabadara hajaklatamulira''

" Hey, are you chanting to Buddha right now?''

'' Shhhhh Vandy '' i said as i continued to chant nonsense. Making him sighed in frustration and when he didn't talk. I peered over my shoulder to see that he is gone. Great.
I hate that he is always watching me and Luciel.
I sat there for a few minutes typing on the keyboard.
After that i hastily typed the last code to finish Luciel's work.

Quickly standing up , i made my way to Luciel. I grabbed his headset making him look at me.

'' Lulu, did you find it?''

'' Yeah but i think i need to go to Rika's apartment first. There was a problem with the security system'' he said

" I'll go with you''

''No'' he said grabbing his bag in the corner.

" I won't take no as an answer, i'll go with you'' i said grabbing my bag, laptop and headset.

" It's dangerous'' he said seriously.

" Two is better than one '' i simply said.

"I'm serious Y/N ''

" And you think i'm not?'' I asked looking at him seriously

" I don't want you to get hurt''

" I'm fine. You won't be ale to get rid of me that easily'' i said.

" Even if i told you that you can't ...you will still follow me '' he said sighing as he stood up and grabbed some of his belongings.

" I'll drive'' i said grabbing his car key.

" But you're leg---'' he started as i cut him off.

'' Healed already''

Making our way into the garage, we heard Vanderwood's voice.

"' Yes boss. NO ... yes... i sincerely apologize. " we heard him say. I slowly made my way to the red car not to far.
" I'll go first then get the robodog... we can use it for distraction so.. once i start the engine run'' i whispered to Luciel who nodded his head.
" i don't know what to say. Yes... I've put some pressure on her and she's getting the work done very fast...... yes... ''

After entering the car i can see Luciel put the robodog near Vanderwood.

"What? Can you just give us time? At least today? ... Agent 707 and 404 are undoubtedly a very talented agent. 707 coded the CSS in a shortest
time while 404 is always getting her work done as fast as she can ...without a trace , You know how valuable she is in our agency.. yes.. i'm sure you wont regret not giving them mental training. Yes... Okay Boss.. i'll bring both of them there and let them taste what real  torture is'' i heard Vanderwood said.

What the hell is he talking about?

" Woof woof''
" What? No , we don't have a puppy''
Hahahaha. Nice...
"What the hell is this? "' Vanderwood asked to no one as he stared down at the brown dog. Making him drop the cigarette he is holding
" WOOF WOOF The garage is not a smoking area. No cigarettes. USELESS PERSON"
" Where the hell did this come from?Is this that useless crap seven made?  '' Vanderwood said in annoyance

I held back my laugh as i started the engine.

'' LUCIEL!!" i shouted as he run as fast as he can to the car.

"And where do you think you're going?'' Vanderwood asked.

"Take out the cigarette, take out..take it out .. woof woof''

" Arghhhh, why the hell is this dog spitting fire? " ignoring the commotion. I waited as Luciel sat on the passenger seat.

" Don't worry Vandy all work's finished'' i said as i drive the car out of the garage.

" Sorry Boss Agent 404 and Agent 707 just got into a car and ran away''  i heard him say.

'' Lulu'' i called

'' Yeah?''

" Are you okay?'' I asked glancing a bit to him as i continue to drive.

" Yeah'' he said

" No you're not. What's wrong?'' I asked

" I feel like something bad will happen'' he simply said

" And the agency is after us''

" Don't worry'' i said

" What?'' He asked.

'' Trust me'' i said smiling . And with that he opened his laptop and started doing to type.
