Chapter 12

Saeyoung's POV

This is weird when i tried to check the cctv  footage  again, i can't find the log. It was like someone erased it already. Shit. I Should have saved the recordings earlier.

"' Luciel'' hearing her voice , i immediately jumped out of my seat and made my way to her.

"You alright?'' I asked. Her leg is still on the recovery stage and she drove a car. It must've hurt .

" Y- yeah , just help me with this and i'll cook.. let's talk later'' 

" Alright'' I replied as i helped her with the groceries. Looking at her from time to time to see her wincing a bit then smile at herself like nothing hurts.

Tsk...

I started putting the groceries on their desigbated places when she started cooking.

"' Y/N , your right leg--'' i started when she cut me off
'' It's fine, it doesn't hurt that much don't worry . And it's almost healed so yeah ''

" You sure?''

"' Yeah'' She said shrugging her shoulders

"YN''

"Hmmm?''

" I checked the cctv footage   again, on the route you take when running away from the stalker '' i started

" What did you see?''

" Nothing , no trace. I should have saved the video when i checked it for the first time''

"' WHATTT? NOTHING ? "

" Geez don't shout.. And yeah.. i feel like it was intentional''

" Well , i feel the same. I mean who the hell would chase someone out of nowhere? And that dude he looks familiar but i don't know. I didn't saw his whole face since he was wearing a mask... just the eyes and hair''She said as she looked at me for awhile as she  turned off the stove and grabbed  some plates.

" Can you describe him?'' I asked looking at her.

" White haired man with a color mint eyes? Uhhh..yeah mint eyes''

" For now let's eat i know you're hungry and i too am hungry .. '' she added giving me a plate of chicken  curry.

" Thanks'' I said shoving a spoonful of curry on my mouth

"' SO DELICIOUS  ~💗💗''i mumbled eating.

TIMESKIP~

After eating we washed the dishes and made sure that everythings good before making our way on our work station.

" Y/N , i have a question'' i said seriously making her look at me in surprise

" What?''

" Last time i didn't had the chance to ask but  why didn't you just called me when you got ambushed? If i didn't overheard it i wouldn't even know that youlre injured and whatnot. Why? And now that i remember when someone called Vanderwood he immediately left and went MIA for awhile. Its you right? '' i asked

" Uhhh... i called him since i also had to tell him what happened to the job. I told u last time i had to go somewhere to get the information right?''

" Yeah, but at least you should  have messaged me ''

" Sorry, I can't tell you  all the details''
She said as she avoided my gaze.

"Why?''

"The mission is confidential and i can't tell you''  she said

I was about to ask her another question when she made her way on the sofa near the work station , grabbing one of her laptops and the extra headset that we have  on the process . I guess she's going to check  her email since she also needs to work on the party. After a moment she opened her laptop and wore the headset. 

I guess i'll ask her another time.. but i just  hope she'll answer me  when the time comes.

Did she finish her ten mission's already...??
Damn she's fast..

Y/n's POV

Sorry Luciel.

Avoiding the incoming questions that i know Luciel would ask, i immediately grabbed the laptop on my workstation together with the extra headset and went to the sofa. I opened the laptop and after making sure that i am seating comfortably, i quickly put my headset on.I need to check my emails and try to see if there are some potential guests that i can invite.

Hmmm...

Checking my emails made me remember something...

Though it was totally unrelated ... but somehow the last mission made me thunk of these things. It brings me back to the past.

I remember the first time my father asked me to kill someone.
He threatened me with my mother and brother's life . My brother  whom i didn't met. He said that  he  would kill them if i don't do it.

And if that's not enough it's either i kill or be killed together with my brother and mother. Quite funny though that at that time i don't have any idea about their faces but i still helped them.

To be honest ,my life didn't matter
i feel no importance to live
But meeting Luciel
I had this tiny hope
He changed my way of thinking
Yes, we might not know everything about each other
But at least we stuck together
Although i admit, I am good at pretending. That i can even lie to Luciel.
I feel bad, but this is what i need to do.

I snapped out of my thoughts when i feel my phone vibrated.

And when i checked it , i saw that there was six  message from someone - that is not even registered from my phone.

What the fuck? Who is this? No one knew that i was R/N Kim aside from Boss and that sick bastard. Is it the same guy who followed me earlier? Or what? SHIT. my brother? But he didn't even tried to see me. So what's the use now? And i erased everything about R/N KIM.

Glancing at Luciel i can see him working like a madman.

Good.

The voices in my head said continuously, making me irritated.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP" i shouted making Luciel look at me in surprise.
" Y/N--'' he started but before he can say anything i cut him off '' It's nothing, just wanna surprise you'' i said with a teasing voice , quickly regaining myself.

" Sheesh, don't do it again, i thought--''

" Sorryyyyy, i won't hehehe. " i forced myself to smile at him as i scratched my cheeks and  typed on my laptop. I need to trace this 'Unknown' and he didn't even replied to me.

I typed and typed on my laptop but to no avail, i can't track it.

Did he removed the sim card and disposed of the phone? But that's quite an idiotic move and i wouldn't want to destroy a phone if i were him. But shit.. seems like he knows that i would trace him.

Seeing that there was no progress , i immediately checked the messages again and deleted the part where he said my real name...

Should i tell Luciel about this?
