Chapter 19

Y/N's POV

" Why the fuck is this here? So all along V knew that these documents are here and warned us , scared that we might find this? '' i said looking at Saeyoung

" Yeah''

" Do you think Rika is also... you know'' i asked him

" I don't know but all i can say is that... both Rika and V know something about Mint Eye'' he answered as he started gathering his things.

Without saying anything i picked up my things and looked at him.

" Saeyoung, what's the plan now? Do we go to Mint Eye now?  since we got the security system back and all'' I asked  him as he sighed and mumbled a yes.

" Let's go ''

We slowly made our way to the red ferrari car. This must have been a shock to him. Seeing his brother like that.

" Sae, I'll drive.  '' I said as i went to the drivers seat leaving him with no choice as he sat on the passenger seat.

Making sure that we buckled up , he put his phone on the phone holder on the dashboard in his car.

" Whatcha doing?''

" Putting the map on so you know where it is'' he said shrugging his shoulders.

" Alright''

" Y/N '' he called

" Yeah?'' I answered as i started to drive.

" Why did you mention earlier about V's sister? He doesn't have a sister. " he said.

" He has. Its just that all of her information were erased ... but she exist '' i said and luckily my voice didn't falter. I don't want him to know i am V's sister. V caused so much pain to him and his brother.

" Erased? And how did you know about that?''

" Because i was the one who erased all the information. Their father asked me too '' i simply said.

I know someday he would find out everything. But nows not the time. I can just lie to him. Well half lie , since I am V's sister but me erasing all my information is the truth.

" Their father? Wait.. how old are you when you did that?''

" Yes , Mr. Kim asked me for some reason and i did that when i was five years old.'' I said as i drover faster.

Luckily my expression stayed the same. Even when i mentioned that bastards name.

" W-where is V's sister now?''

" Gone'' i simply said. And with that we just drove in silence.

We were like that for a few hours and it was getti g peretty late. Luckily we saw a cabin. Parking the car, i looked at Luciel.

" Saeyoung do you think we can get back in time for the party? "' i asked looking at him

"Yes if nothing went wrong''

" Nope , i trust that nothing will happen'' i simply said as i unbuckled my seatbelt and went outside with my laptop and headset with me. 

" And why are you so sure about that? We don't know what will happen''

" I won't let anything happen '' i whispered , making sure that he won't hear me.

" What?''

" I didn't say anything, must be your imagination. Let's go Sae'' i said leaving him there. As i heard him shouted a '' wait''.

Stopping on my tracks, without looking at him I felt him run and stopped in front of me.

" Geez, You're so mean Y/N . Leaving me there tsk tsk''

" You're just  slow that's why'' i said sticking out my tongue at him.

As we approached the door, Saeyoung reluctantly opened the door  and peeked his head in.
" Is there anyone in there?''I asked slightly peeking in
" Looks like it has been abandoned. But there's still furnitures '' he said  as he opened the door fully, letting me in.

" Hmmm that's strange, a place with a fully furnished furnitures with no one staying ... spooky'' i said as i look at the fire place and started searching for some firewood.

" Sae, did you saw some firewood on the way here? "'
" Yeah, i'll go get it . Wait there''  i heard him say .

Looking at him , i saw him walked over on the other side and picked up some wood  as he walked back to me.

" Here ''

" Thanksss Sae'' I said as i get a lighter on my pocket. I lit up the log as it bursts into a giant flame. I just stared at it ,  it's pretty. Though it makes me remember something.

" Y/N ?'' I heard Saeyoung called me as he walked back in the room.

" Yeah''

" What the hell Y/N  don't just sit there. Or you want to get burned?'' He said dragging me away from the fire place.

" It's fine''

" What is? You getting a burn? Idiot'' he said quite annoyed.

"' Alright alright , i understand i'm an idiot okay?''

" Yeah yeah , you're an idiot.'' He said as he dragged me to the couch  and sat me down as he on the other hand sat beside me.

" Y/N do you think everything will be alright''

" Yeah, don't worry. Everything will be alright. I,  Defender of Peace and Unity is here with you after all '' i said as i smiled at him.

'' You're so positive Y/N''

" Well, you're here with me defender of justice. Maybe that's the reason why  i can say it with confidence'' i casually said.

" You should rest Sae, we need energy tommorrow'' i added

" No, you should be the one resting. You're the one driving all day ''

" I have to do something first. I promise that i'll rest after that'' i said assuring him as he sighed in defeat. He knows that he won't be able to force me too sleep.

" Alright, just please rest after that ok?''

" Yes , i promise '' i said as he stand up on the couch and went inside a room , and i think it's the bedroom?

" Wait , we only have one bed, you should take the bed. I'll just sleep here in the couch'' he said as he came out of the room again.

" No Sae, i'm fine here , i won't be sleepung until i finished my business so just sleep on the bed'' i said as i went to my laptop

" You sure? Or how about you wake me up when you're finished with your business or something? "'

" Yeah sure '' i said that but as if i'll wake him up.

" Alright , then i'll go sleep now'' Saeyoung said as he stepped inside the room again, shutting the door behind him.

After making sure that he won't come out i decided to do my business. I know that Vanderwood will go after us by boss orders so all i need is to use the information i got back then to threaten them. But just in case i need to copy that on another flashdrive so they wouldn't do anything funny.

Opening my laptop, i immediately typed my log ins and opened it. Putting the flashdrive i  i started to copy the files.

After a few minutes, i finished copying the files . I guess i need to check V's phone too. He may be lying when he said that he has a bad signal. Calling him first while typing on my laptop to check the call logs on his phone hmmm , the phone keeps on ringing but he is not answering. I knew it , he is lying. If he has a bad service his phone wouldn't rang. He have a service  and he didn't try to call me and Luciel.  My suspicions are right.

' Guess i should go put and take some fresh air for awhile ' i thought as I
slowly tip toed , trying not to make any noise so Saeyoung won't popped out of the room.
