It's been a month since the group chat and things have been pretty much the same everyday. Mia goes to school does her first classes and gets a piggyback ride from Jacob to the cafeteria for lunch most days and the friends keep bonding and getting closer with Mia.
"Oh shit" Cole says
"Ouch" Mia says after falling down from the impact
"Uhm was looking at the group chat didn't mean to do that" Cole says
"It's ok I'm sorry I should have been paying attention to what's in front of me then I could of stepped out of your way" Mia apologizes to Cole while getting up
"You're apologizing to me for me running into you... why?" Cole says with a confused expression
"Yea because I could of avoided this if I wasn't standing here reading my text instead of walking inside" Mia replies
"Ok then..." Cole says as he starts to walk towards the front door
"Hey Cole" Mia says
Cole turns around to look at Mia
"Hmm" Cole replies
"You realize that was the most you have ever said to me right? We should uhm talk more often just without the me falling on my ass part" Mia says giving a smile to Cole
"Maybe so" Cole says rolling his eyes and spinning around to get inside
"Was that a yes?" Mia asks sounding slightly hopeful
"Are you coming inside or not?" Cole answers and stops to let her catch up to him
For some reason that made Mia laugh slightly but then it clicked to her
"Wait your gonna let little ol me walk inside with you next to you?" Mia asks shocked
"Why's that such a big deal to you?" Cole asks confused
"Because you've always made sure to walk in front or behind me and anytime I'd get even close to walking beside you you'd rush forward or backwards" Mia answers
"Wow your really thinking into this aren't you?" Cole replies
"Sorry just got shocked" Mia says hanging her head down
"Women I swear" Cole says under his breath
They finally get inside
"Hey Mia hey Cole " the group hollars
"Hi babes" Tracey says to Cole ignoring Mia
"Hi" Cole responses
Tracey starts to make out with Cole and makes sure to give Mia a evil warning look while doing it
"Get a room" Josh says winking
The group laughs including Mia
"Ok guys time to go our separate ways for class" Avani says
"Fine" the group says while sighing minus Mia who just laughs
Most of them hug and then go their separate ways to class
Mia's standing at her locker closing it after putting things away for lunch
"Hey Mia" Josh says behind her
Mia gets startled and jumps back a little bumping into Josh
"Sorry didn't hear you come up" Mia says turning around
"No it's alright sorry for scaring you. I'm just here to walk you to lunch" Josh says with a big smile
"Thanks but you and our friends don't have to walk me everyday I know my way around now" Mia says laughing
"We know we just like to spend time with you especially me" Josh says in a flirty tone
Mia starts blushing
"Hey guys you coming to lunch or are you guys just gonna keep eating each other up with your eyes" Cole says sounding annoyed
"Though that sounds fun a girls gotta eat and I'm quite hungry as well so yea we're coming" Josh says to Cole with a small playful punch to Cole's shoulder which Cole just ignores
Mia just nods and keeps her head down wondering why Cole seems more grumpy then normal
Mia starts walking to lunch with Cole and Josh but Josh decides it would be a good idea to run over to Mia and pick her up to carry her to lunch
"Ahh Josh put me down" Mia hollers
"Nope I'm taking you to lunch" Josh says laughing
"Can you at least let me jump on your back instead of this awkward front facing carry" Mia says to Josh
"Nope just wrap your legs around me and it will be easier to carry you" Josh says still laughing
"Ugh fine but if you drop me imma slap you" Mia says wrapping her legs around Josh's waist
Josh playfully and jokingly almost drops Mia
Mia screams slightly and slaps Josh on the shoulder.
Cole storms off towards the cafeteria
"I wonder what crawled up his ass" Josh says
"No clue" Mia says and then puts her head into Josh's shoulder not wanting to worry about what's wrong with Cole but not able to help it
Mia and Josh get to the cafeteria and Josh finally puts Mia down so she can sit down
"Sooo what's uppp?" Jacob asks everyone as a normal question but everyone including him are looking between Mia and Josh confused
"Nothing much" everyone responds
Cole is just staying quiet at the table playing around with his food only looking up when his name is said or to give quick glances around the room
"So Mia do you have any plans tonight" Addison says
"Since it's a Friday I'm so booked" Mia says in a joking manner giving a little laugh
Almost everyone laughs
"Well fine then I won't invite you to an awesome time" Addison says sticking her tongue out at Mia
Mia laughs and gives a go on look towards Addison
"Well we're all going to club nevaeh tonight we'd love for you to join" Addison says to Mia
"I'd love to but I don't have a fake ID so I couldn't get in" Mia tells Addison
"No worries we got you covered with that" Jake says winking while slowly passing Mia her new fake id
"Wait but like how'd you do that without me knowing?" Mia asks laughing
"That's for me to know and you to never find out" Jake says while almost everyone laughs
"Well thank you mr baddie first moonshine now fake ids what's next?" Mia asks giving a quick wink and smile towards Jake
"So will you come tonight?" Jacob asks
"Was that even a real question?" Mia asks laughing
"Then I'll take that as a yes" Jacobs says and almost everyone laughs
"Can I come over and help you pick an outfit?" Addison asks
"Can I come over and do your makeup?" Avani asks
"Can I come over and do your hair?" Kovur asks
"Yes, yes, and yes I'd love that guys thanks" Mia answers
"Ok just send us your address and we'll be there" Addison says
"Well I'm gonna go to the mall after school so would you just like to come with and then follow me over to my place" Mia says
"Yea but us girls will need to stop by our place to pick up outfits" Avani says
"Don't worry about outfits I'll buy you guys an outfit and shoes for tonight at the mall" Mia says with a big smile
"Really?" All the girls say with big smiles
"Yes really" Mia says smiling
All the girls rush over to hug Mia
"Thank you thank you thank" all the girls say while hugging Mia
"But hey what about me? I wanna go to the mall" Jacob says pouting
"Well then come join any of you guys can my treat" Mia says
Jacob runs over and joins in hugging Mia
Then the bell rings so everyone says their goodbyes and gives their hugs and goes their separate ways
"I'll meet you all at the mall" Mia says smiling
"Ok byes" everyone responds
