1486 B.C:

Amarantha was standing in the fog field of the codex. The arc in her hand, a slight cut on her left ear. Eyes glowing. "You're weak", a voice came from the dust clouds infront of her. Soon the dust settled. An angel with pale white skin, black hair & eyes, wearing a black dress, was standing there. The two similar black swords in his hands giving out a dark aura. Both were maintaining an eye contact as Abaddon dashed. With one sword he slashed vertically, Amarantha moved to a side, as the sword came in contact with the ground, he threw the other one towards her. She bent down to the ground & took aim towards Abaddon but, he was not there. Her eyes widened in shock as she sensed him behind her. Her mind went into a sea of thoughts, 'Abaddon, the angel of darkness & shadows. He have the ability to teleport into any shadow in plain sight. His two swords are unique, whenever thrown they always come back. Troublesome. I thought in her he won't find any shadows but in the fog field he can teleport wherever he wants as the whole place is swelled in shadows...' ,she thought as she made lances over her head facing towards him. Fired in an instant, he disappeared the second he noticed them. He reappeared a few meters in front of her and took a sharp twist with both his swords. Creating a circular slash. She jumped upwards to dodge the swords & fired a few arrows. He teleported again. Threw his swords from about 10 meters away. Both travelled at blinding speed. Midair she tried to dodge them by passing through the overlapping swords. She successfully did that after taking a turn but fell to the ground "You really are weak. Ashlyn could defeat hundreds like you with ease", he said as he caught his swords and sliced the air with them. Two dark shockwaves travelled towards her. She jumped back. Gasping for air. "Don't underestimate me",she said as she prepared her arrow in the arc & pointed it towards Abaddon. He disappeared, she changed her target to the sky & released the arrow upwards. It travelled in a straight line followed by a purple stream of light & after going up to a considerably height, it divided into thousands of arrows each of which came down. As a rain. Abaddon re-appeared & saw all the arrows falling down. Almost like a meteor shower. He prepared his swords to slice them down. "Divine command : Haniel's arc", he said, as his swords both gave out a dark purple aura. He performed a 180% slice in midair faced towards the arrows & the swords produced a huge blade of light travelling towards them. A blast occurred at the collision with the arrows. "Divine commands, yeah Uwair was using something similar to stop the time, also Stella, she was reviving a lot", Amarantha said. "Haniel created out weapons. The Divine commands are used to order our weapons to provide us with supernatural attacks", Abaddon replied as he charged towards her. She fired an arrow, he took it down by striking it from the side. He sliced with both swords combined. She jumped back. He sent a light blade towards her again. Another divine command. She barely dodged by falling flat to the ground. The moment she did, several magic arrows appeared around Abaddon. He moved backwards. She fired a huge arrow towards him. "You're forcing me to use it", he murmured. "Divine command...", he said as he jumped upwards. He letter go of both his swords. "...Consuming darkness". He finished the command as the blades disappeared. The arrow passed & he landed several meters away from her. His both swords giving out a dark aura, spinning in midair travelling towards her were visible. The diameter of the circular slices caused by the spinning swords was 8-9 times the size of a normal human. Amarantha dodged them by moving swiftly from side to side. But they were following her. Like they won't stop until they sliced her. "Idiot, You're wide open", she said as she smirked. Abaddon's eyes were fixed on her. The next moment. An arrow was millimeters away from him. He reflexively jumped back but couldn't dodge. The magically charged arrow pierced through his chest like it was made of cotton. He fell to the ground as she fired another arrow towards him. His thoughts rushed as time seemed to move slowly. 'I see, in that moment, she used Uwair's divine command to stop the time. She knew if I had my weapons, I would reflexively strike the arrows down. So she waited. The codex fiber her the abilities of the opponents she defeats. With the arc & our commands, she isn't as strong as Ashlyn. Why sacrifice us when you have all the power? What you want is indeed beyond out minds'. The arrow blinded his vision. A blast occurred. "Absorb him", she said as his corpse, now reduced to bones only, faded. "Transform me back", she said as the fog started to swirl around her. The next moment she was in her cave as the fog disappeared. Her appearance back to normal. Her eyes were now only a quarter red. The rest were amethyst. "Another long wait huh?", she asked. "Yes 7 years & 3 months",the codex replied. "I was wondering about the knights I can create by reviving people...",Warisha said. "Yes, you can make any one who dies in regret your knight. You will revive him & grant him a special ability of yours. Your knights will be partly divine, which means high grade weapons will affect them. High grade weapons combined with magic have no effect on you. But they are deadly for your knights. Amarantha is immune to any human weapon. Only magic & divine weapons will affect you once you transform", the codex explained. "What if.....an angel dies in regret. Can I make him my knight?", Warisha asked. "That.....will be extremely difficult. You'll need the life-form
produced by the angel as a catalyst. Also I can't store divine souls so you'll have to turn him into a knight before 70 minutes after death in regret", the codex replied. "Life form produced by an Angel?", Warisha asked confused. "In other words....an offspring of an Angel", the codex replied. "You'll have to sacrifice it, there's no specific time for the sacrifice", the codex added. "Very strict conditions", Warisha frowned.
Time passed. Days passed. Years passed. The awaited moment was here.
