How has your day been?
Have you done your skin care and drank some water? If not go get some moisturiser and a glass of water and hydrate inside out 💦So my plans changed a but cause a) i had to go to my parents at least until Wednesday because my roommates went to Spain and are coming back tonight and i don't want to get corona and get everyone at my courses in quarantine
b) I'm on my period lol so my eating is a like different from usually. I usually avoid refined sugar, aspartame, kale, broccoli, raw carrots, well anything bloating i guess you get it 😂 but it's kinda good cause now I won't have to deal with it during the dietSo today's meals:
Breakfast: Venti Cold brew -0cals-
Lunch: No added sugar Boba -64 cals-
Snack: Some dried mango and papaya -124cals-
Bread w cream cheese, bell pepper and hummus -213-
Raw vegan cookie -232-
Dinner: Soup Baguette and some more cream cheese -614-
Snack: more dried fruit -215-Total calories: -1401-
I really hate myself but also I'm on my period so I'll just accept that I ate more and will try harder tomorrow
