Okay I just wanted a great beginning for this.
Lol.

So this diary will be 21 days. For 21 days I want to follow a super strict diet and then adapt a more healthy diet again.
Also I want to go back more into cardio and dancing.

I started weight lifting earlier this year because I had a crush on that guy and he was so impressed that I enjoyed it and knew so much about it. Also I built my body 🍑
But in all honesty I never loose weight like that and I need to do cardio more and also my dance teacher hates me focusing on weight training.

The diet I'll do is the healthy skinny girl diet. It's 800-1200 calories a day so yeah v low cal but only for 3 weeks. I'll survive that lol.  I'll also post on my TikTok what I eat for visuals lol it's Chanel curse like here 💕

If you wanna join me then you're welcome. I'll start on Monday but until then I'll eat 1200 calories a day.
