Chapter 1. Treatment (updated)

Faintly listening to the cries of the broken captain, I prepare antibiotics and bandages as i walk toward him. Watching Luffy's dying face almost stunned me, it was a sight i had never seen before and it frightened me to know that i was his only last hope for surviving

I gently put my hand under his head and put a pillow under for a more comfortable surgery.
I pick up a glass and fill it with water as my thoughts drift as fast as the currents itself.
I give out a slight sigh as i grab a sleeping pill from my bag
I take the sleeping pill myself as i open his mouth slightly to let it slip through. Feeling his warm and chapped lips as i struggle to get him to open wide enough.
I gently rub my toungue against his teeth and feel it finally slipping through.

I look at his shirt stained with blood and a scar engraved unto his torso
It will probably never heal, and will remain there for the rest of his life

I carefully stroke over the scar and kisses it carefully as i apologize for everything that will happen further on.
I gently slide my fingers between his shirt and start opening it. I cut the shirt off to make it less painfull for the captain which is in enough pain as it is.

Strawhat was being quiet, its as if he already died and never planned on waking up

I put my head above his mouth to listen for his breath
Luckily i could feel a slight breeze against my ear.
I turned my face towards him and stroke my fingers onto his cheek, and slowly running it over his lips as i got closer to him.

I suddenly see his lips moving, as i push away from his face. Feeling my heart start to beat faster i started to wave my hand over his eyes.

Me: strawhat can you hear me?

I could see his eyes slowly opening as he stretched his hands around my neck

Me: .. Luffy

In an instant i could see him opening his eyes as he let another tear fall down his cheek.

I held him tighly as i let him lay onto my lap
I grabbed a cream from my bag as i looked around for other injuries at his back
I could feel bumps and rough scars on his back, i saw blood flowing endlessly the more i caressed his scars.
I applied the cream little by little
Seeing his painfull reactions were a true fearfull sight

I hug him tight and kisses his cheek

Me: Luffy... you will be alright, trust me

Luffy looked at me with curiousity, and a hiding smile could be seen through all his pain.

Luffy pov

It hurts, my body won't move, my mouth won't speak and my eyes can't focus. Law is looking at me, he is looking with such a worried expression and It looks painfull, like the pain of losing someone close.

I try to move my body, i struggle and try to shout, my body is getting hot and it feels like its burning
It hurts

Law pov

Luffy: L..a..w....

Law: Luffy! Are you okay? Can you hear me?

Luffy: It... hurts..

Law: hurts?

Luffy: Im hot its bu...rning

I held him tight as i pulled his pants down slowly
I felt my face burning, and my breath getting uneven

Luffy's face was hot and as if he had a fever, his whole body felt as it was in fire. I layed him down again and put my hands over his cheek as i looked straight into his eyes

I could see luffy becoming more and more wary of me
I felt his hands push me away with the last of his strenght
He could barely move and his attempts did not work well
He started tearing up in confusion.

I kissed him, i feel my body acting strange. Its only treatment.... but why was my body getting hot? I asked myself
I look down on the boy under me, his body is starting to pull away

Luffy: La.w.. what are y..oou doin.g..? He said while looking straight at me

Law: I have no choice anymore Luffy.... i don't want you to die

Luffy: Am I going to die?

Luffy used his last ounce of strengt to pull me down towards him and gave me a slight kiss on the edge of my lips, leaving a trail of blood

Luffy: I don't know why... but when you kissed me, my body could move again and i can see more clearly

Me: Im sorry

Luffy started getting slightly red at his cheeks and his eyes avoiding contact

I could see he was starting to get embarrased over what he did himself

I slowly started undressing, luffy grabbed hold of my pants while shaking in fear and looking at me intensly. Trying his best to not look down at my body
I feel a rush of blood surging through me.
Making my whole being burn in an intense heat
I felt my body shaking in exitement as i laid my eyes on luffy's damaged body.

Luffy came closer and held around me, my heart was giving me a hard time to stop

I put my face closer and gently pushed my lip against his
He diddn't move an inch and in a moment i could feel his lips moving closer to mine, a slight push which made the kiss deeper.
I pushed my tongue out and licked his lips, letting it slip thru his chapped lips. I felt a warmth unlike no other and i could feel hands stretching around my torso as the kiss became deeper and deeper.
I moved my tongue around, and felt
His trembling body calm down and accept my kisses
Luffy gently slipped his tongue inside my mouth and tried the same.
I noticed his feet moving constantly as he tried covering his lower parts

My mind was fogged

I put in one finger and i felt Luffy's body pull my finger further inside. I could feel his chills as my cold finger moved around in his warm and aroused body. He started panting heavily and his kissed were getting sloppy and wet.

He could no longer keep his mouth shut, he held me tight as me hid his face in my chest
I could hear his voice cracking each time i moved, it sounds painfull yet his voice let out sweet echoes.

I moved his legs over my hips and pulled out my finger. I could feel his heartbeat beating like crazy, just as much as mine
I applied a cream on my fingers as i put in two this time

His body is moving along with my fingers, i could feel tears going down my chest

Law: luffy... does it hurt?

Luffy: ... it feels weird law

Law: im sorry bear with it a bit more alright?

Luffy: no its more like its not enough

Luffy: i said you can put in more...

I put in another finger and pushed hard and fast. Feeling that my fingers reached the end point. Luffy was letting out amazing cries, it made me push even harder and faster.

I took out my fingers, and pulled out my **** from my boxers. I lifted his hips closer to my lower body and slowly started to put mine inside

Luffy tried to pull my **** further inside by himself, just looking at this sight makes me even more unable to stop. I push one more time, pushed it hard inside him and feels his body move by itself

I start to thrust inside him gently.

Luffy: Aah... whats this? This feels good law...

I started pushing it further and deeper inside each time i push my **** inside him
I kissed him once more as i kept thrusting him harder.

Changed the story a little~ felt like it needed a mature upgrade xD
