Nickelodeon recently distributed a poll that asks viewers who their favorite villain was in ALTA/LOK. The results came in and they're ordered as follows:
3rd Place....Amon
2nd Place....The Red Lotus
1st Place....Azula
Personally, I like the Red Lotus a little more than Azula herself, but I'm still happy with these results.
