Chapter 15

In Ty's Room
Ty is sleeping with Amy sitting by his side watching him sleep, Jack walks in
"Hey Amy" Jack said
"What are you doing here Grandpa?" Amy asked
"I was wondering if you needed a break?" Jack asked
"No Thanks I am not leaving Ty right now" Amy said
"Ok Then I will just go but you call me if you need me" Jack said
"I will Grandpa" Amy said
Jack walks out
Ty wakes up
"Amy" Ty said fighting through the pain
"Hey, I right here" Amy said fighting back tears
"What would happen to us if I pressed charges against your dad?' Ty asked if like he already knew the answer
"Nothing would happen to us I promise I love you TY" Amy said
"I want your dad to pay for what he did to me" TY said with everything he had in him
The doctor walks in
"I need to run some test and if everything is ok on the test you can go home tomorrow" The doctor said
Amy kissed Ty on the forehead
"I will be back shortly" Amy said
"I love you" Ty said smiling
"I love you too" Amy said smiling
Amy walks out

In The Ranch House
Amy walks in Lou working on her laptop
"Hey how is Ty?" Lou asked
"They are running test and if they come back ok he can come home tomorrow" Amy said with excitement
"That is fantastic news" Lou said
"I have some not so fantastic news" Amy said
"What's going on?" Lou asked
"TY wants to press charges against dad?" Lou asked
"Yeah and I can't say that I blame him "Amy said
"You honestly pick Ty over Dad" Lou said with distain in her voice
"I love Ty with all of my heart what Dad is unforgivable" Amy said
"I can't believe you Amy how could you let Ty throw dad in Jail" Lou said as if she disowned Amy
Lou walks outside and slams the door

In Ty's Room
Amy walks in
"Hey" Ty said
"How are things?" Amy asked
"Well Doctor things are looking good so I can go home tomorrow" Ty said
"That is great" Amy said smiling
"Can you do me a favor?" Ty asked
"Anything you need?" Amy said
"Don't tell your family just yet about me pressing charges against your dad" TY said
"I already told Lou and she basically acted like she disowned me" Amy said
"I don't want to cause a problem between you and Lou if I press charges" Ty said
"You have to do what is best no matter what that is my family will have to do whatever is best for you" Amy said
" No matter what happens I will always love you and I will never turn my back on you" Ty said
Amy lays in bed with Ty
