I haven't actually seen much of either of them. However, I know that Patherlily is Mystigans(or however you spell it) exceed and Carla is Wendy's. Yes, I know I've almost spoiled the whole series for myself... But back to the point, from what I've seen, Carla thinks that Pantherlily is macho or something like that but I haven't seen anything about Pantherlily other than him 'accidentally' touching Carla's butt. In conclusion, I don't ship it because I like Cappy but I guess it could happen...maybe...
