Priya's POV:
"What happened?" I said holding onto Nia so she wouldn't fall down.
"Shit! I think her contractions started." Ammu said as i seated Nia down on the sofa
"When did your water break?" Dhru said.
"I don't know bitch!" Nia said and she stopped screaming.
"Okay...i don't think her contractions started.." Dhru said.
"Nope, they did" Nia added
"Then, why arent you screaming anymore?" dhru said
"Cause it stopped" she made an irritated 'seriously dhru' wala face.
"What?" Dhru said as everyone was staring at her.
I shook my head and said, "didn't you notice in my pregnancy?"
"Nope, cos you're not a dramebaaz..this nia is! she'll scream when the pain is so little it hardly stays" she said looking over at nia with her nose up high.
"Seriously dhru, it hurts like... AAHHH" Nia screamed again
"Shit?" ammu suggested.
Nia kept on screaming, and ammu was a little worried as truthfully nia's contractions were a little harder than what it should start like.
"Dhru, get her a heat bag" Ammu said, and as soon as she left ammu muttered under her breath, "cos you're anyways of no help as ur spoiling nia's mood"
I giggled and saw Nia quieted down too.
"You feeling better?" i asked her placing my hand on her arm and rubbed it with my thumb.
She took a few deep breaths and nodded.
"Would you like a pain killer?" Ammu asked, as she was worried about the pain
"No, it'll affect my baby" she breathed.
"Nia please listen to her its hurting you a lot" I added.
she shook her head and lie down on the sofa.
Dhru came back with the heat bag and put it on Nia's tummy.
"Thanks bitch" Nia said.
Nia grunted.
"Whats wrong?" i asked
"It's bearable" she breathed sharply.
After a few minutes she settled down and her contractions paused.
Me and ammu went to the side to talk, dhru and nia turned the tv on.
"I think she should be admitted, in case" i said to ammu and folded my hands.
"Yeah we should take her when she's stable. But what about shub?" She answered
"Idk...are you sure the delivery will happen today?' i asked her
"To be honest, i don't think so and actually I'm surprised her water hasn't even broke yet"
"I know, i figured it mustve broken when she was peeing or something so she wouldn't realise it" Priya added.
"Really priya? Youve had a baby, you know u feel it"
"Well i read you might not too" i said trying to convince her its possible
"Yeah but that happens in an older age, Nia is young and healthy enough to actually feel it."
"Okay" i said, "So what do we do then?"
