Since many Creeps were teenagers when they turned, most of them never completed high school. Slender provides an education equivalent to that of a full American education. But is does have a few extra perks.

Creeps will also have classes on anatomy, weapons, and weapons training. All to aid them in their job and supplement their further training throughout their employ.
