I cut a piece of ribbon and tied a string around the ends. (I put some craft glue around the string to ensure it wouldn't slip off.) The way I tied the string just so happened to cinch the ribbon together so it would puff out in a mask shape.
Man I love making tiny things for Jerry. He now has a red bowtie, a pink bow, and a blue mask. (I also made him some tiny pom poms but I threw them away because I didn't like how they turned out.)
