I WALKED IN TO LOUD ASS MUSIC,HALF NAKED GIRLS AND LOTS OF DRINKS. You guess it,it was the club.Lauren is forcing me to be here,saying it'll take the stress off of me and "make me forget my problems."
"Come on,Annie!" Lauren said,having a shot glass and dancing. I sat on the chair with a Diet Coke. I mean,it's better than water.
"Lauren. You know this isn't my setting. Let's go!" I pleaded. "Did I forget to tell you I invited Carson?" She asked. I rolled my eyes. "Seriously?Does he have to show up everywhere we go together?"
Lauren stuck her finger at me. "Hey,do not even get me started with that! Remember when you brought Asher to my eighteenth ALL GIRLS party?" She asked critically. "I don't know how many times I have to apologize for that." I said,face-palming myself. Lauren grabbed me by the hand and made me dance. "Look. You and Asher are going through a rough patch right now,and for some reason Johnny's apart of your problem.Can you please just loosen up and have fun?" She looked at me with those puppy dog eyes.
"Fine."I said,unhappily. "Say it like you mean it." She pleaded.
"Fine!"
"That's more like it. Now have a shot." She said,passing me the glass. I'll just do one for her,to make her shut up.
I took a shot,and sooner or later they kept piling up.
"Hey,Carson's here. I'm going to go dance! Stay here," She said,as she disappeared in the crowd. "Hey!No!Wait." I said,but she was already gone.
I looked at the bartender,as she gave me a sympathetic look.
"I'll take another one." I said,as she nodded.
Eventually,I had like way more,and before I knew it I was standing on top of the table.
"Hey everyone!" I said wobbly,and clearly tipsy.
"Shit!"Lauren came,running to me trying to get me off the table,but I flicked her hand away.
"I'm Annie LeBlanc!" I yelled. Everyone's eyes were on me now.
"Yeah,get it girl!" I heard.
"She's hot!"
"Mamas!"
"I'm in such a confusing love triangle right now. Like-like- I have a boyfriend of like a year or some shit,and then I have this dude who I known since I has like twelve or whatever,we barely talked,but like we kinda did or whatever,"I said,not even knowing what the hell I was saying. Everyone looked so interested but confused.
"And now,suddenly I'm like head over heels for this man! But I still love my boyfriend,ya know? At least I think I do.Like the guy I love,his names Johnny-just in case you all are even keeping up with what I'm fucking saying.." I look over and see Lauren's jaw drop.
"He came over for a reason,and like we cuddled and he makes me feel so safe.." I said,I definitely exaggerated my "so".
"And then,my boyfriend Asher showed up with like gifts-and then he started calling me a slut,a bitch,a whore and all this shit-and they got into a fight! Like the battle of the two men I loooveee.."
"Chose Johnny!" I heard the someone say.
"No Asher!" Another said.
"Johnny is the better choice!"
"He has a girlfriend he loves!I love Asher or whatever!" I yelled back.
"Whatever!" Someone said.
"He clearly is doing all this cause he loves you!"
"He admitted he has feelings for me too! I mean I guess,kinda-sorta..Whateverrrr.." I said laughing.
"Everyone! I literally said the whole truth! I confessed everything I'm feeling!"
"Atta girl!" Some guy said,biting his lip.
"Ewww...Never," I said sticking my tongue out at him and dying of laughter at myself.
"I'm so stressed right now. And get it! Lauren,Johnny's sister- is my best friend. We made a promise that Johnny and I wouldn't date or have feelings for each other,"I scoffed.
"How stupid!" I said,drunkily laughing. Lauren looked so angry. Carson looked like he was holding her back.
"Miss,you need to get down." The bartender told me politely.
"Hell no! Everyone take your clothes off! Strip club!" I yelled. My vision then got super blurry. I felt myself falling,but someone catching me and bringing me out.
