The next day, it was around 8 AM when nurse Justin approached me to tell that my operation was postponed again.

I know that this hospital is public and it wasn't right to whine so I accepted what he had said but deep inside I didn't want to prolong my staying here.

I sleep again to forget my days here. While sleeping, I was terrified by my dream. It was a silent night, I am in our school and suddenly, I saw a woman chasing me. I didn't saw her face but my mind keeps on saying that she is a ghost. Bumilis ang tibok ng puso ko at hindi ko na magawang huminga nang magtama pa ang mga mata namin kaya kumaripas na ako ng takbo. Gusto kong sumigaw sa takot pero alam kong walang makaririnig sa akin kundi ang babaeng multo lang. I hide myself in a dark room but she saw me again! Nanginginig na ako sa takot dahil hindi ko na alam ang susunod na gagawin ko. She stepped her foot gradually while grinning wickedly and-

Nagising ako habang hinahabol ko ang aking paghinga. I could feel my heart thumping so fast. I really thought it was real. Nanlamig ako bigla. My tears instantly flow down into my cheeks and I can't stop it.

"What happened!?" Leigh worriedly asked.

Kinwento ko sa kaniya ang napanaginipan ko kahit na garalgal ang boses ko. Bumalik sa isipan ko ang ala-ala ni papa habang unti-unti siyang nawalan ng hininga sa mismong ospital na ito.

Nilagay ko ang palad ko sa aking mukha at hindi ko na napigilan ang humagulhol.

"Don't overthink with it. It was just a dream," Leigh hugged me tightly.

"I badly want to get out myself from here now!" I voiced out. My tears started to fall again.

She assisted me to lie down again. "You were scared! Don't worry. You're safe. Just pray," she hushed.

I faced her direction and closed my eyes to calm myself. Suddenly, I felt a person behind me. I slowly opened my eyes. The tears in my eyes blurred my sight so I didn't wasted my time to turn around and to recognize that person.

"How is she?" a familiar voice asked.

"Gusto niya na pong umuwi agad kaya siya umiyak," si Leigh habang hawak ang kamay ko.

I couldn't say anything because I'm choking. I couldn't also stop myself from sobbing so I just shut my eyes.

"Okay. Tell her that I will try to find a way. Magfasting na muna siya."

"Thank you!"

I didn't unclosed my eyes. Ayaw ko nang umasa dahil alam kong may mga taong mas kailangan unahin. I don't want to be a selfish one but I was frightened here.

I didn't heard any words from them so I assumed that the person behind me was already left.

Hindi ko na namalayan na nakatulog na rin ako. Nagising na lamang ako nang marinig ko ang boses ni mama. My mother hugged me as I opened my eyes.

My sight was caught by a nurse who was fixing the dextrose of a child. It was nurse Rence.  I only got a glimpse of him as my mother looked at  me.

"Are you okay?"

My dream flashbacks to my brain again. I closed my eyes for a seconds to forget it.

"Ma, ilipat mo na lang kaya ako sa ibang ospital. Kahit public lang din. Okay na sa akin 'yun, huwag na lang dito. Kung ok lang sa 'yo ma," I suggested.

"Sige 'nak. Sasabihan ko na si Alex na mag-inquire sa pinakamalapit na hospital kahit private."

Itong ospital lang kasi ang pinakamalapit sa amin kaya dito ako dinala. Mas mahihirapan pa kami kung sa mas malayo kaso masyadong maraming pasyente ang sinusugod dito kaya hindi pa ako maasikaso. I understand them. I'm just afraid here.
