- 1 Minute Plank
- 1 Minute Wall Sit
- 20x Ab Crunches
- 45 Seconds Prayer Reach
- 45 Seconds Arm Circles (22 seconds each direction)
- 45 Seconds Shoulder Circles (22 seconds each direction)
- 45 Seconds Bottom Leg Lift (22 seconds each direction)
- 10 Minute Stretch After Workouts
