Don't loose your body somewhere, you'll need it! ^_—

For the evaluation please go find the mail in 'January'

To Do:
- Workout 30 minutes every day at the same time (for example: 6am every morning), take every 6th day off to let your body rest
- Use dance as a creative way of cardio: 30 minutes of dancing every day (not necessarily at the same time every day), take every 6th day off to let your body rest
- Eat one portion of food at every meal (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
- Snacks are allowed in a controlled amount per day
