*Your P.O.V.*

So far, it had been five weeks since I've moved to South Park. I've been attacked, saved, and dare I even say fell in love? I know I'm being ridiculous, and of course, I wasn't actually in love with the guy- but he was well on his way. The Human Kite came to visit me at least twice a week, and we'd just talk and laugh. It was amazing. I was able to be my real self around him and have those deep, late-night conversations that none of my friends here would understand.

There was a down fault, though. I didn't know where this was going. I was starting to have actual feelings for the guy, and I didn't even know who he was. I needed more, and I was ready to put my foot down. This really wasn't fair to me, and although, it was fun and games at first, I knew if this kept going, I was going to get hurt.

All of this went racing through my mind as I stared up at the stars. It was getting colder at night. Soon we wouldn't be able to sit up here like this. Soon, it'll be too cold for him to even come here.

(Y/N), you should know by now that it's probably just some boy at school messing with you. He's going to make you fall head over heels for him just for it-

My thoughts were soon interrupted by the sound of rustling, and I sat up to see the Human Kite climbing his way up.

"Hey!" He enthusiastically smiled to me.

I wanted to match his energy, but I knew I couldn't. I still tried, though, giving him a small smile.

"What's wrong?" he instantly asked, sitting down next to me.

What do I say? I couldn't tell him that he was the reason for all of this. He's already reassured me about it so many times, but I also just feel strung along.

"(Y/N)," he called, placing his hand on mine.

I looked back to him, meeting his emerald eyes.

"You can tell me," he stated.

I couldn't help but let out a loud breath. "It's stuff I've already told you. If I keep talking about it, you'll be annoyed by me."

"If it's bothering you again, say it. I don't care how repetitive it gets. Neither you or your problems will be annoying," he insisted.

I looked to my shoes as I slowly spoke. "It's getting colder...that's what I was thinking about before you got here. I was thinking about how it's getting colder, and you won't be able to come here and do this with me anymore. I really like you...I don't even know you, and I really, really like you. I'm scared you don't feel the same way and you are just going to disappear."

He didn't say anything, and as I replied the words in my head, the more self-conscience I was becoming.

"I'm being dumb—"

I was instantly cut off as he took my chin and brought his face closer to mind, letting our lips connect. For a split moment, I no longer felt silly, but I felt something real.

When he pulled away, he kept my chin in his hand and leaned towards my ear, "(Y/N), I'm not going anywhere."

I couldn't help but smile at him. We both laid back. He extended his arm out and I laid right next to him. It was perfect until his alarm went off signaling that it was time for him to leave.

"I guess that means it's time for you to leave..." I sadly sighed.

"Yeah..." he murmured, "But..." he instantly took my face into his large hands, "I will see you tomorrow, okay?"

His green eyes were locked with mine. He was being serious with his words, and I couldn't help but feel like he meant something more with his words.

He gave me a quick kiss before telling me goodnight and climbing his way down.

That night, I went to bed feeling all sorts of butterflies. I couldn't get the image of his green eyes out of my mind. His voice replied through my head, and I could still feel the ghost of his lips...Tomorrow was going to be amazing.
