The Rule Book

(Varun,kartik, Alia and Sara are highly drunk...then sara wakes up in the night and is not able to go back to sleep...  )

sara:aliaaaaa uth naa.... plz yaar neend  nahi aa rahi
alia:kya hai! aadhi raat ko mat utha na chup chap jaakar soja
kartik and varun(wake up):kya hua...kuch chahiye kya?
sara: daaru....mujhe daaru chahiye
alia:abhi ke abhi laakar do
kartik: raat ke do baje hai
varun:raat ke do baje kaun daaru peeta hai?
alia:mujhe nahi pata...abhi ke abhi laakar do
varun:accha theeke 2 min ruk jaa
sara and alia (together): yayyyyy........
varun:kartik kahan  rakhi hai tune?
kartik:upar wale shelf  from the right
varun: achaa theeke

(varun comes to living room with drinks n glasses )

alia(spill's her drink):varun tissue paper kaun laake dega?
varun:ek second ruk mai lekar aata hu
Sara: mujhe bhook lagi hai ... chaar ghante se maine kuch bhi nahi khaya hai .....jaldi se kuch lekar aa
varun: mai tum logon ko waiter dikhta hoon kya?
kartik: haan:)
varun:aur kuch chahiye toh abhi hi  bata do
all of them: nahi,bas itna kaafi hai

(varun gets all the snacks which he had in the kitchen and he finally sits with all of them in the living room)

kartik(sweet tone): bhai o mera pyaara sa chota sa bhai sunna  thoda paani aur baraf bhi laade na please
varun:brooooooooooo
kartik: tu mera bhai haina jaa baraf leka aa 
varun: mai bartender hoon ki waiter?
itna emotional blackmail mat kara kar
alia:saraaaa meri jaan tu aur kitna peeyegi ,laa mujhe bhi peena hai
sara:par mera glass to khali hai
alia: nahi yaar itna sara rakha hai teri glass mai,tu kya baat kar rahi hai
kartik: humne darru pi hai kya?
varun: nahi hum log toh mango shake pee rahe hai
alia: haina mujhe wahi laga tha
sara(stood on the table and started singing):arre oh chumma meri janeman bahar nikal woh bhi baraf  ke saath
kartik: toh aaja aaja
alia:chumma chumma dede
varun:ye lo aur mai ab dobara nahi jaa raha hoon kitchen mai chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye
kartik: bhai tu toh bura maan gaya!
sara:we were only joking
alia:hum bas tumhara taang keech rahe the .....
( the madness continues) 
kartik: (goes in deep thoughts) and starts sobbing
varun: oh no. Phir se?
Sara: what happened kartik ...sab kuch theek haina?
Alia: is everything fine? hamari baat ka kuch bura lag gaya kya?
kartik: no it's not that. just forget it...
varun: it's ok don't cry 
(Kartik and varun try not to cry)
Kartik: it's just that we...
Varun: we have something to you
Kartik: we need someone to talk  about this..
Sara and alia:haan bolo naa ...kya pata hum tumhari madad kar sakte hai?
kartik(still sobbing):bhai tu hi bolde

varun:so we were  in a relationship with someone before.
kartik and we were quite happy about it like everything was going smooth
varun: we were happy UNTILL..
kartik: UNTILL we found out that..
varun: that
kartik: chal tu bata
varun: bhai tu hi bata de
kartik:  Tu apni wali ke baare me bata mein apni wali ke baare mein bataunga
varun: theeke bhai tu start kar
kartik: arre tu start kar na
varun: tune Rona start kiya Pehle Isliye tu start kar
kartik:ok fine!!
Kartik: I hate that woman. I don't ever want to look at her face. I don't even wanna take her name. So varun if you could please..
Varun: . Her name was something ...I forgot. And I hate her too.
Kartik: we used to go to the same college. We had great chemistry. Our teachers, our friends, our families, everyone approved of our relationship. But this Bitch. I don't even know how to say it. She slept with one of my friend's named Ishaan . I didn't know it UNTILL I caught then making out in the trip. I was so upset that I wanted to get out of that place as soon as possible. I left the school trip even without informing the teachers. I caught a cab and returned to my house. It was a very sad day. Jab bhi mai use yaad karta hoon Rona aajata hai.
sara:holy!such a bad bitch
alia:like what kinda girl is she even ...oh wait she's not a girl she's a witch
alia: aise ladkiyon ko do chante marne chahiye
sara:itni neech ladkiya bhi hoti hai
sara and alia: I am so sorry kartik...this happened to u..
varun: bhai ro mat ......forget it ....move on
kartik: kaise yaar ...bohut mushkil hai
alia and sara:dont worry we are always there for u
varun: guys thank u soo much
alia:iss mai thank u ji kya baat hai
sara:toh I am really sorry par aapke saath kya hua tha?
Varun: fine. so name n all I don't remember...who wants to remember her anyways ... we were very happy in our relationship. But things started changing. And I slowly realised how possessive she was with me. She used to not let me go out with my friends. Not even with kartik. She was always behind me. She used to not let me do anything like whatever I want. Everything was supposed to be done  by Her.
That's why I took advice from kartik I broke up with her. It was a very good advice. But IDK why I'm still very sad about her.
Sara: not everyone deserves you varun
Varun: Thankyou for listening to me 
alia: agar mere ko ye ananaya aur tara kahin dikh gayi toh mai in dono ka muh tod doongi
Sara: matlab aisa bhi koi kiske saath kar sakta hai kya
alia:kalmuhi
sara :chulta
alia:saali kamini kahin ki dono
kartik and varun: arre bas bas itna kaafi hai
sara: narg mai jalna chahiye inn jaise logon ko
alia: bilkul sahi keh rahi hai tu
Sara: it's really very sad
Alia: I can't even imagine how bad people can be.
Sara: they didn't deserve you guys
Alia: yeah you guys are really the best
Kartik and varun: thank you so much. It really means a lot.
Alia: okay let's forget all this.
Sara: let's start new
Alia: exactly!  let's dwell the past
Sara: let's make our future better.

(Sara and alia are discussing something whole kartik and varun are just staring at them)

 
Alia: so guys. accha humne kuch socha hai  something interesting
Sara: let's make a rule book. Me and Alia also have one. And we have made certain promises and rules that we swear  to never break.
Alia:  it's helps you to make your friendship strong and happier. And we'll never be sad.
Kartik: what do you say varun
Varun: I love it
kartik:nope WE LOVE  IT!
Sara: Sabse pehla rule  guyssss please be honest with each other all the time
Kartik: varun se zyaada saccha aadmi aaj tak nahi dekha  hai maine
Varun: thank u brother...
Alia: rule number 2 always fight for your rights
Varun: hum jang ladne jaa  rahe hain ya election ladne?
Alia: shut up
Varun: arre mein mazak kar raha tha. Kartik is a very truthful person and will always fight for you.
Kartik: bhai ly
Varun: ly too bhai
Alia: tum dono ka Ho gaya ho toh aage bade?
Kartik and varun: haan ji no more ily......

ara: ok. The third rule is, never share our secrets with anyone else.

Kartik: bhai Sunle. Tujhe chugli karne ki Bohot badi Aadat hai
Varun: chup. Dheere bol be. Woh sun Legi. And also I never told our secrets to anyone else ok.
Sara: what are you guys whispering
Varun: nothing.. Kartik thoda pagal hei. Sirf baaten karta rehta hai. Bas kar Kartik sunne de.
Kartik: Accha beta... Tu Rukh
Varun: (whispering) sorry bhai.. 
Alia: rule no.4.. Always forgive them when they get you a big tub of ice-cream.
Varun: bhai ice cream ready rakh
Kartik: mein toh ise khush rakhunga. Shikayat ka mauka hi nahi dunga.
Varun: waah bhai maan gaye.
Kartik: tujhi ko dekhkar seekha hai
Sara: and last but not the least always have their back. In good times as well as bad times.
Varun: we are always there....
Kartik: will never let you guys down.
Varun: I can't believe that only when we are drunk we come up with such good ideas
Kartik: sahi hai bhai. Tu sober ho ya drunk Tera dimaag kabhi nahi chalta
Varun: Haan Haan jaise tera bohut chalta hai..... Einstein ki aulaad
Kartik: mazak tha bhai
Alia: oh hello. Tum logon ne kuch nai kiya okay
Sara: Wahi toh. We did everything and you took off credit Huh?
alia: not fair
kartik :everything is fair in love n war !
