Avalanche Trouble

In the hospital

Harry had taken Jones and Sam down one corridor while Penny when with Tom down anthour. Helen went back to her house as she was looking after a poorly Mandy and mike was out of town.

Tom:
"I'm Doctor Fred" he introduced himself "How were you injured?"

"By an Avalanche" Tom mutters

"Why were you near one?" The doctor asked

"I was trying to get my co-workers kids foot unstick but it engulfed us" Tom explained

"Should've just left her, kids don't normally get engulfed by them" the doctor said

Penny was mad. "Stand down penny" Tom said calmly

A doctor walked in and kicked doctor Fred out.
"Sorry about that I'm doctor Holly he's a nuisance" she said

"Where are you hurt?" She said

"My left knee" Tom said

"You need an X-ray I'm afraid" she said

One X-ray later Tom's leg had been placed into a cast. "You've broken the bone just under your knee hence why you couldn't bend it but while you under anstheisa we managed to redo it. Tom nodded. "You should be glad to know your temperature is now 37 back up to normal temperature.

Tom nodded "How's Jones doing?" He asked penny once the doctor had left the room

"She's alright, she's warming up but has broken her ankle" Penny explained

The doctor walked back in "I'm afraid you will have to spend two weeks in the hospital before we feel comfortable letting you go" she said before she left

"Don't worry Tom, Jones also has to spend two weeks" Penny smiles

Tom just yawned "At least she's safe, my first Istanic" Tom started

"Was to protect Jones" Penny finished for him

"I just hope it hasn't dulled her mood" Tom muttered "Her foot was well and truly trapped"

"Yeah Jones just told Sam that and she says she's grateful you helped her" Penny said

"She has my jacket still, I can just get it at a later date" Tom

A ginger haired man walked in with a jacket that looked familiar.

"How you holding up Tom, Jones wanted me to return this" Sam said a small smile appearing upon his face

"She could've kept it to a later date" Tom says

"Tom at the minute she's distruight she can't see you so I better get back there before she realises I'm here and not in the toilet" Sam laughed

"She can't move?" Tom asks

Penny looks up from her phone

"No, she's got to keep the foot still and she's super cold still"

Tom nods "Penny said she's grateful"

"She is, proper" Sam says "She also told me if it wasn't for you she probably wouldn't make it"

Tom smiles "Well I wasn't gonna let Jones go to sleep Sam, all she wanted was you by the way I just kept her" he started

"Cool, calm and collected" Sam finished

Tom nodded "Well I better be heading back" Sam says slowly

"Sam hold on, she's okay right?" Tom asks

Sam nods "She's fine Tom, I promise you she is"
Sam walks out and Penny dialls Sam on a facetime and soon after Jones face pops up
