Tom and Jones were hugging each other when
I shiver "Tom do you have any idea on what the time is?" I ask
"No I don't" Tom replies "We can't even see the sky to take an educated guess"
"This is just tough luck isn't it?" I mumble
"Yes it is I'm afraid" Tom says
I yawn before Tom also yawns. "What was your best emergency?" I ask
"I have way to many to note" Tom says
"Is it true you took Sam in Venus all the way to Pontypandy island?" I ask
Tom laughs "Who told you that, even Station officer Steele doesn't know that"
"Penny" I say "Mummy tells me everything"
"How does she know?" Tom says
I nod "Can I sleep, I'm tired" I ask
"I'm afraid you can't sleep" Tom says
I just nod and I curl up to him more and he hugs me tighter.
"I hope they find us soon Tom" I say "I'm cold"
"I know" Tom says
"Your cold as well" I mutter "Your cold"
"I know I am, they'll find us soon I promise" Tom says
"Today or tomorrow?" I say
"I don't even know what day it is anymore" Tom says "As it could be Sunday right now"
"But it's darker then eariler I know that for sure" I say as I eye the flashlight
Tom pulls me as close as he can get without putting too much pressure on his left knee and my left ankle and then grabs the flashlight and waves it side to side in the direction in which we think is the front of where we are.
We do this for a while while I just hum to myself. "Tom?" I ask
"Yeah?" He replies
"Where do you think Moose and my friends are?" I ask
"In the mountain activity center I hope" Tom says to me "I know they weren't taken with us in the avalanche that's for sure"
I nod. "I hope there okay"
"What are your friends names?" Tom asks me
"Thouse two or all of them" I ask
"Tell me your school friends" Tom says "I know your Pontypandy town friends
"You have Lily Chen, She's in year five" I start
"You then have Zara Samuel who's in my year which is year four"
"You then have Harry Lily, we met in a revision club around the time I was being bullied he's now in tears seven" I say
"You were being bullied?" Tom asks me
"Yeah last year in year three" I say "Dad put a stop to that"
"What year you in now then?" He asks
"Year four was put back two years" I say
"Which makes you?" Tom says
"I'm eleven years old" I say
"Ah, continue which your school friends then" Tom says to me
"Andrew Rodrick, met in revision club and is now a year seven also, he and Harry are in the same class" I say
"How would you know?" Tom asks
