"That doesn't sound like the best idea Dream..." Blue said,
"Why? Were just sending them to get food together!" Dream told Blue, he didn't see a flaw in his plan.
"What if one of them gets hurt or DIES and the other DIES or gets hurt to save them?" Blue shot back,
"Then they call out for help," Dream told Blue,
"We should just let their relationship grow on its own," Blue told Dream,
"Ok fine," Dream gave in, his shoulders slumping in defeat.
"Hey Dream! While we were getting food I found these small watermelon things! They look like small watermelons but they taste like cucumbers with a bit of citrus I think Sci called them Gherkin!" Blue said as he handed the small fruit to Dream, (Has anyone here tried Gherkin before? Not many people know about it)
Dream hesitated before eating the fruit, "Woah, this good! Where did you find those?" Dream asked, maybe they could find more.
"Sci found them randomly, I don't think they were even supposed to grow there" Blue explained,
behind Dream and Blue Cross was talking to Nightmare,
"So, do you think this town is safe?" Cross asked,
"I think so, I don't sense anything with my amulet. Or that's because we're very far away from this place and I got this amulet a few days ago." Nightmare said,
"Same, what does your amulet do anyways? Mine just exists and dosen't do anything other than have a human soul inside it but that's not the point here." Cross quickly said,
"Wait you have a soul inside your amulet?!" Nightmare said he had heard about souls in class and they were powerful, he didn't learn that much about souls though. Nightmare only paid attention in class when Toriel talked about amulets.
"Yeah, and now I'm cursed with a ghost named Chara, which is forced to follow me everywhere they don't talk to me that much though I thought that they would be more annoying honestly."
"That makes more sense at first I thought that like, the amulet held souls captive or something- what? I don't know anything about souls!" Nightmare said,
"Why would this hold souls captive?" Cross asked,
"I don't know!"
"So uh, insert words for a meaningful conversation here?" Nightmare said,
"Uh... everyone's amulets?" Cross said,
"Well, mine detects negative emotions and why the person is feeling that way," Nightmare said
"So I'm assuming Dream's works that way too?" Cross asked
"Yep, anyways, were almost to town well I think we are, I'm getting tired." Nightmare said,
"Heh, same we should be-"
"Ok we will continue the journey tomorrow," Sci said,
"Guess I was right!" Cross said,
"I guess you were,"
