Sparkling Waters is about a tribe cat named Feather that Falls from Bird. The Tribe of Rushing Water is experiencing extreme prey and water shortages during a drought, and Feather receives a prophecy from StarClan telling that their is a "hidden place" with clean water and healthy prey. Feather and a few of her friends go on a journey to find The Grove of Hanging Willows, a place with a sparkling cascade and an abundance of prey. After much struggle, they make it, and form a new Tribe there; The Tribe of Hanging Willows.
