Chapter 9: Tales From The Past

----( 3rd Person POV )----

During the dance, a woman with ashen black hair ember eyes and dressed in all black, this was Cinder Fall, the false maiden, she wass sneaking around Beacon academy going to the CCT, as kept on going she noticed the lack of guards all around which didn't sit right with her, as she got inside the CCT and tried to hack the tower using a drive, she was suddenly locked out and was unable to breach the CCT's new security with her drive

Cinder: Damnit....

As she tried to take out the drive she noticed it was destroyed as the drive was sparking with dust, she ran out of the CCT tower and made an escape, but before she could leave, she saw 2 people on the balcony on top to which she didn't care much about at first until she heard one of them spoke in a familiar voice

Raiden: Evening Ozpin, so what do you want?

Cinder couldn't help but look at him with a shocked expression and feel happy, very happy all while looking at him with a lustful smile

Cinder: What a tragedy Raiden, it seems we'll be fighting each other very soon, but when my mistress wins this shadow war, you'll be mine

Time Skip
----( Yasuo's POV )----

My first day here in Beacon Academy was an amazing start, I got along well with my team as well as getting make new friends like teams JNPR, CDRL, CFVY, SSSN, and REMN. Its lunchtime but Yang and I are hanging out by the garden and were having a fun time

Yang: So then I beated up all of his henchmen and wrecked his club and got away with it

Yasuo: Geez Yang, and you did all that for information about your brother?

Yang: *sigh* I was doing everything I can do to find him, I just wish I could take everything back

Yasuo: You can't take it back Yang, but you don't have to stick to the past, you need to let go and move on

Yang: Yeah.... you're right, I need to move on

----( Abaddon's POV )----

Y/N and I were enjoying the view on the balcony, looking at Yasuo and Yang talking to each other, I could feel Y/N's smile as we kept on looking at them, that's when I heard footsteps behind us, Y/N turned around to see Ruby walking towards him

Y/N: Hey Ruby

Ruby: Raiden!

Ruby then ran towards Y/N using her semblance then she gave him a bone crushing hug

Y/N: (I swear I could hear my spine cracking) R-Ruby! M-My back!

Ruby then gasps loudly and lets go of Y/N with tears running down her eyes

Ruby: I-I'm sorry....

Y/N's Its fine really

Abaddon: Its sweet you two still care for each other.... *sigh* if only my family could do the same....

Y/N: You know maybe you could tell us about you and your family

Abaddon: Ah, I've never told you about my back story haven't I? *chuckles* Sit down you two, its gonna be quite the tale
