A couple was kissing each other in their house, the girl seemed to be pouring out her frustration and anger while the boy seemed to be pacifying her
"What was that?" asked Shivaay
"Your punishment" replied Anika in a poker face
Yes, it was Shivika!
"I have had enough of this Shivaay my patience is thin , today we completed a month in this bloody apartment despite of knowing Anni's murderer is roaming out freely, we are struck here. We also spared that rogue Vikram Kumar , I will never forgive Aarna for that but when are we kicking them out?" questioned Anika
"Weeks back when we heard Vikram and his crony speaking about us and Anni , I also felt my blood boil but I didn't forget it was Aarna's smart idea about implanting a speaker through a small gift , I strongly believe that they are not as simple as they portray themselves you still don't believe them Anu to disclose about us" asked Shivaay embracing her in a warm hug.
"NO , I don't believe anyone and moreover I wanted to keep them out of all this ,this battle is mine , I don't want to take favors from anyone" replied Anika clutching the hand around her tightly.
Shivaay tightened the hug hoping she would understand . Being a young entrepreneur turned Businessman he was helpless in front of his stubborn wife. None of his money or materialistic wealth made his wife happy , he always tried ways to make her happy, even a smile would make his day but that never happened but in this one month he started to notice changes within her, she smiled more often , fought with him over petty issues, teamed up with Ishaan and played pranks moreover she started to express herself , this was all a reflection of his dear old friend Anika who got lost in her life battles , he couldn't thank his stars enough.
"By the way, I am happy that those two devils are out and I am getting some quality time with my better half"
Shivaay attempted to uplift her mood
"Woah ,now that's a spicy news Ishaan the reel life couple became a real life couple" chirped Aarna
"Well my observation can never go wrong little Miss Aarna" flaunted Ishaan

"So, Mr. and Mrs. I doubted you both from long time, My suspicions grew strong when we caught you both at midnight earlier and you bluffed about running away from your hometown for living together , so let me not beat around the bush anymore
HOW ARE YOU RELATED TO ANNIRUDH SAWANT? " questioned Ishaan
Shivika were impressed rather than being surprised but his next statement increased their temper
"Are businessmen these days unemployed that they turn up in a small apartment to investigate the suspicious case of the bloody writer turned actor Annirudh? What damn relation do you share with that scumbag?"
A Loud noise echoed the whole room , Ishaan could feel his cheeks all heated up but he didn't complain
"He was my love dammit" yelled Anika
"Don't you dare Mr. Ishaan, you have already spoken enough" this time it was Shivaay
"Why should I not Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi for that mere actor you tried to scare us off with a blank call , are you that selfish couldn't you notice Aarna's state, he was such a coward that he killed himself" countered Ishaan
Shivaay walked towards Ishaan with uncontrollable rage but Aarna stood in between them and tried to stop him but he was out of control
"Shivaay please" cried out Anika and that's it her words created magic and the beast calmed down, unable to witness his love crying he rushed to embrace her, on seeing him getting back his senses Aarna sighed in relief and hugged Ishaan with all her might
"Confrontation costed them hefty " thought both Aarna and Ishaan

The temperature turned almost normal , tears were shed , silent prayers were offered and a new feeling of hope was built . Ultimately a comfortable silence occupied the whole room. A conversation was yet to be made
"I am sorry for blabbering all that we just wanted to hit the iron when it was hot" stated Ishaan breaking the silence
"You both covered your tracks well , common people's background can be easily traced within few days because they have a clean chit but when your background couldn't be traced we understood you were a VIP or influential people. One day accidentally I found your picture in a business magazine it confirmed my assumptions and what followed was a little stalking and we had all your information on the table
There was one thing that we wanted to confirm and that was your relationship quotient with Annirudh, being officers from Special Task Force we wanted to know your motive behind residing in Mumbai besides that we wanted to personally hear about Annirudh from you and also as a sister, I wanted to ensure I don't trust wrong people this time so we planned this all along " continued AARNA SAWANT
This piece of news came as a shock for Shivika , Anika couldn't believe her own ears ,her love was humiliated ,her loyalty was questioned within few hours. A plethora of emotions flooded her brain , her whole past flashed through her eyes and she succumbed to her pains and gave up.
Within a blink of eye she fainted in the arms of Shivaay , the last thing she whispered before losing conscious was 'ANNI' .
Shivaay felt as though thousand daggers were shot at him, the pain was Anika's but the actual person suffering was him . Anika was checked by the doctor who confirmed that she fainted out of shock and would only wake up tomorrow.
Shivaay was lifeless he was unable to balance his emotions
"Should I listen to my heart or let my brain dictate my actions ,my greatest horror turned into reality my Anika, my love suffered another panic attack and I couldn't save her, I failed again, I failed again" he grieved
Aarna and Ishaan had a tough time handling them.
Anika woke up in the middle of night ,eyes swollen ,face completely covered with sweat and hairs disheveled only thing that left her mouth was 'Anni '. The scene broke everyone's heart , Shivaay's effort was consistently rejected by Anika. Unable to audience the scene Aarna fed Anika with a sleeping pill and it worked , she slept soundly with moonlight kissing her face she looked like an Angel
"Did she love my brother so much?" questioned Aarna
"I trust you both" was the last word Shivaay said , taking a deep breathe he prepared himself to narrate their past
"SHE WAS TO BE MRS ANNIRUDH SAWANT"
