Sungjae waved at Jennie as he headed off.

"In that case-" Jennie smiled awkwardly at her two biggest enemies on set, before trying to zoom away. "I'll take my leave first."

"Not so fast-" Yeri stepped in front of her, blocking her way. "I believe we have a lot to talk about, Jennie Kim-ssi."

Joy stepped right next to Yeri, her face red from a combination of embarrassment and anger. She nodded slowly as she folded her arms and stared down Jennie.

"We definitely do."

"Wait- Jungkook-ah, wait!"

Jungkook felt a hand grab his wrist and he flung it off immediately, recognising by the voice who it was. "Don't touch me."

"I knew it was you-" Taehyung ran in front of Jungkook, blocking his path with his entire body. "I could tell from your eyes."

"It's my misfortune to have seen you even on my free day, Kim Taehyung-" Jungkook looked up at him with hatred in his eyes. "You and your hypocrisy make me feel sick to the stomach."

Jungkook pushed Taehyung out of his path and carried on walking downhill. But Taehyung recovered quickly and grabbed him by his wrist, spinning him around once more.

"Jungkook-ah, wait-"

"What do you have to say to me?" Jungkook raised his voice, since they were at an area where the crowd was close to none. "Why have you kept your silence for so many years, before finally bringing it up now? Why are using our friendship as a means of making money? I always knew you were low, but right now - you're really dirt low."

"I'm not-" Taehyung's voice cracked. "I'm not, Jungkook-ah. I've tried to talk to you about this for years, and you refused to listen. I tried to release this song for years too - but the company disallowed me from doing so... I always tried my best to make it up to you, but you just kept pushing me away-"

"So it's my fault now?" Jungkook scoffed as he looked Taehyung in the eye. "You did something like that to me, and it's my fault for not hearing you out? Tell me then, what do you have to say? What have I misunderstood? Maybe I can forgive you today, for all you know?"

Taehyung lowered his head. "I'm sorry..."

"No, no-" Jungkook shook his head, his face flushed with anger. "No, I don't want 'sorry'. I asked you what I misunderstood! You told them back there that there were misunderstandings, didn't you? Tell me! Tell me what I misunderstood, you lying piece of shit!"

"You're right, I'm a lying piece of shit-" Taehyung lowered his head as tears rolled down his cheeks. "There was no misunderstandings, I was wrong, I was completely wrong- I was the one who made you hate me. I'm sorry, I wish we could go back to the way things were..."

Jungkook let out a mocking laugh. "Oh, wow. You really just said that, did you. You wanna go back to the way things were? Stop kidding yourself - that is impossible at this point... and it's all your own fault."

Taehyung sobbed loudly. "I'm sorry..."

"If 'sorry' can solve anything, what do we still need the police for?" Jungkook sneered as he stared into Taehyung's eyes. "If you're really sorry, you'd stay far, far away from me because the sight of you - no, even the mere thought of you - irks me. I was nice enough to film with you on Weekly Idol and pretend like I didn't absolutely hate to be there for two whole hours, but seeing your interview today made me sick. It reminded me how much of a manipulative and lying person you are, and frankly I just want you out of my sight, Kim Taehyung. Get lost now."
