PREFACE
❝All her life she had felt different, out of place. Never really fitting in anywhere, not in school nor at home. The roots for the self-destruction that was to occur later on were laid down early on in her life through nightmares, bullies and an abusive alcoholic as a father, who had been in jail three times for drunk driving and illegal drug abuse. Her mother wasn't exactly stable either, which all caused for a rooky childhood.
On april 1st 1971, Camille Foxglove got a letter stating she was going to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, that she apparently was a witch. Her parents, neither of them being anything other than simply ordinary people, had mixed opinions about this. Her mother was ecstatic, saying she always knew Camille wasn't like any other children, while her father was doubting. In a few fits of drunken rage he had called her a freak for being what she is, and then left the house, not coming back until three days later.
At Hogwarts, Camille meets Claire de Lune; a loyal, pure hearted, stubborn Hufflepuff, Helena Jo; a smart, rebellious, creative Ravenclaw, Lily Evans & Severus Snape; a Gryffindor and her best friend, a Slytherin, and four mischievous boys, one of them being Remus Lupin.
When her emotions get out of hand, and she resorts to self-harm and other dangerous things, the only one who seems to be able to help her is none other than Remus Lupin. But will he?❞
