Chapter 2

I was looking down at my feet scared to see the person I bumped into, "oh I'm sorry, my bad" The girl says "No I'm sorry it was my fault, I was rushing" I quietly reply "Well It's nice to meet you I'm Starr, what brings you to the studio?" she asks "I'm Sage and I'm looking for Joe!" just as i finished my sentence a tall man with small blondish hair walks into the room, he looked around the room and locked his eyes on me. "You must be Sage, I'm Joe if you would follow me" I didn't get a chance to say anything back to him because he started walking so I sped up and followed him, we walked past a huge room with a massive mirror and stairs that had a pool table on top, a bunch of boys and a few girls were dancing In front of the mirror. Were they all the sunset swerve members I thought to myself. We enter a small room and he asks me to take a seat, I sit down on the closest available seat. "So Sage, tell me a bit about yourself!" Joesays with a confident look on his face "Oh um, my name Is Sage Cali I'm 21 years old I just got out of collage after finishing my photography course, I live In a apartment just 10 minutes away and my hobbies are taking photos, singing,writing, dancing and I also play the guitar!" He nods his head looking down at his papers and started taking some notes, he looked up at my while he was writing and had a promising smile on his face, he puts his pen down at looks up at me again. "Okay, i just have one more question for you Sage. How did you discover Sunset swerve?" It was going to seem like a lame answer but i had to tell him the truth or he wouldn't hire me. " Well one of my collage friends know Luke and she told me that you guys were in need of a photographer so i e-mailed you!" He picks up a smaller piece of paper this time and i was very curious to what he was writing. Joe stood up tall walked over to me and held out his hand to give me a handshake, i stand up and shake his hand. Then he handed me the small piece of paper, "This is my phone number i'll message you later about the job later on today! I thank him for taking the time to talk to me and i was making my way out of the studio when i saw a boy with beautiful long dark shiny curly hair do a impressive double back flip, he landed it and i couldn't help but clap. He glanced at me and smiled a little "Thanks, I've been trying to land it for a long time! he boy said "Well it looked insanely awesome" He smiled at me one last time and walked back to the rest of the group. I carried on walking out. Brooke caught me before I left "I see you have met my brother" Brooke says "Oh you're siblings, I thought you guys looked alike" I replied to her "It's the hair Isn't it" She mumbles while we both let out   a little laugh " Well anyways I'll see you later Brooke!" I walk out and started making my way to my car

As I was driving home I get a phone call so I quickly pull over to answer It and It was Hazel my collage friend, she said that she was going to Starbucks and was wondering If I wanted to come with her. I accepted because I thought maybe It would help me get my mind off Joe and If he was even going to call me. I hung up the phone and went to pick her up. I had to find a way to turn around because I was heading home but Hazel's house In the other direction, It was a 30 minute drive to her house from mine. I'm actually glad she invited me to come with her because i could really use some energy right now. Traffic was a absolute nightmare, so while i was stuck in traffic i took out my phone to see if she was still getting ready because she takes for ever to do her makeup and pick an outfit, me on the other hand, i don't wear makeup and most of the time i don't care what i wear. She responded to my text saying that she has just started her makeup, so she could take a while! Traffic started to move and i eventually made it and i parked outside of her house and now i play the waiting game. Not even over exaggerating i was parked their waiting for her for a whole hour, until she FINALLY came out. She opened the car door and got in the passenger seat! "What the heck took you so long?" I say sounding a bit annoyed at her "Sorry i was putting together a outfit and i couldn't find my shoes!" she replied while applying the rest of her lipstick "And that takes you a whole hour, plus we are going going to the Starbucks drive-through nobody is going to see you anyway so i don't get why you got all dressed up!!" I was slightly irritated so i just drove to the drive-through, we always got the same drinks every time so i was going to order, when we did end up arriving there was no queue so we just went straight through to order "Hello,welcome to Starbucks what can i get for you today?" The operator said "Hi, could i please get a iced coffee and a dragon fruit refresher and that's all thank you" I pay and we drive to the next window to get our drinks. I had the dragon fruit refresher and Hazel had the Iced coffee!

We parked up in the Starbucks parking lot to have our drinks and my phone start to buzz, somebody was calling me. "Oh answer it, it might be Joe" Hazel quotes. So i do i answer the call! "Hello" i say "Hey Sage, it's Joe we talked earlier at the studio about the photography job I have looked at some of your photo and have come to a decision"
