It's smack dab in the middle of the scorching summer whilst in a legit pandemic so if you ask me, I think we all deserve a nice day devoted to binge watching those old romantic comedies from the good ole' days that we all love. With everything going on in the world, we deserve to just relax and veg out for a hot second. The worlds chaotic energy can wait.

1. "10 Things I Hate About You" This movie stars the ever gorgeous Heath Ledger when in his prime and the hilarious Julia Stiles. You cannot, I repeat, cannot go wrong with this one, people! You will laugh, you will cry, and you will sit in awe of how beautiful Heath is, not to mention Julia plays such an iconic female lead. What's better than that?? The plot?: *chefs kiss*.

2. "Sixteen Candles" If you haven't seen this classic starring the great Molly Ringwald then you have not lived. It has everything that a rom-com needs: A witty protagonist, a dream-boat love interest, and hilariously iconic scenes with Anthony Michael Hall. If your family has ever forgotten your sixteenth birthday because your sister is getting married to a jerk-wad of a boy, you will definitely relate to this one.

3. "The Breakfast Club" Completely different teens stuck in detention together grow as they learn more about each other and theirselves. The duo Molly Ringwald and Anthony Michael hall are back again in this one! Honestly, this one will make ya feel something. 10\10 would recommend.
