The next day the group sat at the same table, earlier that morning Thomas told the group what he had seen the previous night
"Alice. Barry. Walt. Edgar. Samantha."
"I wanna know what's through that door." Mariah heard Thomas mutter making her head snap towards him
"Are you crazy?!" Mariah whispered elbowing him slightly "What if they do that too you?"
"Aaron."
Newt placed a calming hand on her shoulder before glancing at Thomas "Now, we've been over this. You said they were covered up, so you don't know what you saw."
"Dennis."
"It could've been anything under there." Newt continued
"I know exactly what I saw. They were bodies." Thomas said in reply
"Sally."
"Aris said they bring in a new batch every night." Thomas continued
Mariah frowned as she and Minho asked in unison "Who the hell is Aris?"
Thomas points over to the kid that David pointed out yesterday who was still sitting alone wearing his hoodie over his head.
"Tim."
"Well, I'm sold," Minho said looking back towards Thomas giving a look
"And last but not least, David. Thank you for your attention. Enjoy the rest of your evening."
Mariah watches as Janson leads the new group out of the mess hall.
"Okay, until we know anything for certain, we should just keep our heads down and try not to draw any attention to ourselves, all right?" Newt advised Thomas while Mariah continued to eat her food
Thomas gets right up after newt says that making Mariah slam her forehead into the table "That dumbass doesn't ever listen to a word any of us say!"
Thomas strides off towards the doors
"What is he doing?" Newt questioned
"He's being impulsive and not thinking his plan through..." Mariah muttered back lifting her head from the table moving her hair so it hid the dark red spot that was caused by the force of hitting the table
"I think he's drawing attention to himself," Frypan replied as well.
Thomas followed the exiting group before he was stopped by the guards. Mariah watched as he talked to the guards wondering if she'll have to jump in or not. Watching the guard jab Thomas in the chest she frowns as Thomas walks away then turns and rushes the guard.
Mariah springs up from her seat running towards Thomas with the others behind her.
Thomas was shoved back before he shoved the guard back "What's your problem, man? What the hell huh?"
