One of the nights after Norman's shipmentEmma laid down on her bed, scared to sleep as she kept getting those dreams from the book. She admits she got addicted to it and would read at night. It was one of the things that would comfort her after Norman's death. Her mind would wonder off to her imagination as she read until she decided to sleep before someone suspects that she's awake. Her dreams, were about the book. But she never knew if it really was a dream or not for it felt real. She doesn't know and might never find an answer.
Emma stared at the ceiling thinking about her dreams and what the next one might hold next.
Why am I getting these dreams more often?
Was it because of the badge?
Is there a chance that there is another world?
A world where they exist
A world where people fly even without wings
Where they fight for freedom against those giant titans
Where placing trust on someone could be a gamble
Since there could be a spy or a mole among you
Where humanity suffers humiliation to the titans as they hid behind the walls
Where freedom is placed within a place and step over the boundary you are within the enemy's territory
Where you fight for freedom against humans too
Where you fight for power
Where you fight to get to the top
To get to the top of the chain
Where you fight to be the predator and not the prey
Where even if you fight, the people will misjudge you, have no faith in you, and only some will hope for the best of you
Where you fight to survive
If there was a world like that
Then it would be similar to ours
But with huge differences
Living here or there will need survival
Survival against the demons once the truth is in your mind
Survival against the titans, to obtain freedom in the land
But
If that world was real
Then does that mean I'm not having dreams but visions?
I will never know
There's no way for me to find an answer
