In a dream, we have the duo of main characters sitting outside of Grace Field Orphanage. The kids were there playimg tag. Mama was there, observing everyone from afar.

But no one acknowledged their prescence.

Like they were never there.

And they knew that.

"You got yourself cut again?! How many times do I have to tell you to becareful when using the knife?!" Scolded the girl with an antenna on her head while holding her friend's left hand, specifically a finger with a bandage.

"Sorry! Sorry! It's not my fault that I got pushed when I was peeling potato skin!" Defended a brunnette boy while putting an annoyed expression on his face.

"I'll let you off this time but if you get hurt again I'll smack you so hard that you'll wake up!" Said the girl while crossing her arms.

"Fine, fine, anyway, Emma, how's your leg?" Asked the brunnete boy while looking at the cast on her leg and the crutches beside her.

"It's slowly healing, Eren, just a few more weeks till it's completely healed and we can finally escape!" Beamed Emma while raising her arms above her head and laying down on the grass.

"We're dreaming though, can you just imagine it healed for now so you won't have to rely on your crutches all the time?" Suggested Eren.

Emma perked up in realization then sheepishly smiled at him, "Oh yeah.......I forgot......"

After a minute, Emma's leg was healed in the dream, the cast was no longer there, so were the crutches.

"Ah how it feels nice to stand without those crutches again!" Said Emma while standing up and stretching.

"Well that's because you forgot this was a dream, dummy." Teased the teal-eyed teen.

"Hey! That doesn't make you any better titan boy!" Eren just laughed at Emma's response.

Eren stopped laughing and turned a serious look to Emma "But anyways, are you sure you're alright Emma? Because after that incident......"

She quickly responded and looked at him with a bright smile.
"Don't worry, I'm alright! It saddened me that Norman is shipped out but, I'll be fine, it's all part of the plan anyway. Besides, I got you don't I? You'll help me at times like this right?"

Emma's tone saddened when talking about her dead friend, but when she talked about Eren, that sad tone faltered and got replaced by an energetic one.

Eren slightly blushed at the response but he quickly hid it with a bright smile. Well, he tried to hide it but the blush wasn't obvious to the eye.

"Yeah.....you got me....." He responded slowly.

"Say, Eren" Emma called out to him.

"I feel like we'll stop meeting in our dreams soon....."

"Really?"
